  1. That would be fine. Swimming is relatively low impact, so doesn't stress the body so badly. Might be a bit sore for a while until you condition your body to it but you rest on the weekends and be ready go come the start of the week.
  2. 14km run on Saturday, Gym workout/5-a-side on Sunday and 14km run today. Back to the gym tomorrow before the sacred REST DAY.
  3. I like this idea Jay. I will do it when I can be bothered. Most likely will just be 20 songs I like, not necessarily affiliated with the current season.
  4. Seriously? do you ever take off you're red tinged glasses? In Suarez's first full season, he was renowned for missing chance after chance, every pundit talked about what a good player he was but a poor finisher. Not much cop when your job is to score goals. 11 league goals is hardly much of a return for £25 million. The same as Giroud managed his first season, and he takes pelters from everyone. He elevated his game last season, no doubt but to think he's worth 50 million is pathetic and that's without factoring in his animal like behaviour.
  5. I'd have taken Higuian over Suarez. Absolutely no way is Suarez worth more than Neymar. He was great last season absolutely, pretty dire the year before that and the Dutch league is the Dutch league. A class player he is, Liverpool are having laughing think he's worth £50 million.
  6. I'm the opposite. Leg days don't tire me out that much. Years of doing back to back 10k runs after some serious sessions with squats and deadlifts have conditioned my legs to a seriously decent standard. I do feel some stiffness but I never get any of the duck walking or struggling to make it off the toilet behaviour.
  7. I wrote a long post which I lost. Suffice to say, you're both incorrect
  8. Wilshere is a world class plyer who also happens to be very young.
  9. Twice the player of Jack Wilshere? Behave.
  10. I read they were looking at after Avengers 2 as a possibility. Apparently Ruffalo was the directors choice before Norton but he got overruled by the studio because Norton was a bigger name.
  11. Unless you're playing music at ear shattering volume, you'll hear all the racking/un-racking of barbells anyway? I do for sure. There's nothing more annoying than grunting to me when in your in the gym. Focus on your breathing and form not making animal noises, it's not cool and it's not pretty.
  12. I'd like to see a new Hulk film. Or possibly just 2 hours of Liv Tyler.
  13. I'd personally love a Flash film, he's my favourite DC superhero. I know Smallville sucked majority at time, but I thought the portrayal they did of him was pretty decent, the way they depicted his speed.
  14. DC are obviously trying for a little of the love Marvel have experienced from the success of The Avengers films. If Bale were to play Batman, I could see this doing very well. It's a bit dangerous to introduce a new actor to the role when the film isn't solely about him.
  15. I don't think the World Cup would be a motivation for the team in the sense that Fabregas generally always plays in the National side, even more since the decided that using strikers was luxury.
  16. Another obstacle would be the first refusal Arsenal have. Unlike RVP, Fabregas made no bones about his love for his adopted 'home'. I'm not naive enough to believe that because he said it means he's definitely going to reject Utd for us but from everything I've read, he still has a great relationship with Wenger and all the fans. The way he left the us might have left a sour taste but I don't think too many fans begrudged the fact he wanted to go home. I think most always held out hope he'd be back one day.
  17. It blows my mind that people can actually run/lift without music. I'd rather listen to horse racing commentary than the shite they play in the gym. Nothing beats the feeling when you're out running and on the verge of keeling over, and Eye of The Tiger starts blasting away, immediately giving you that lift to get through the last few painful kilometres.
  18. The Bourne Legacy is such a painful disappointment. I like Renner but he's no Matt Damon.
  19. They're only basing themselves on the Mens side and U21's
  20. Fajitas Fajitas Fajitas. Can't go wrong with Chicken and Pasta either.
  21. London is at the top, with Aberdeen not too far behind. Fuck the oil and fuck the ridiculous prices they charge around here.
  22. Why would driving on the other side of the road hamper my ability to tour the country with a Caravan?
  23. Jon

    Pacific Rim

Saw the trailer whilst seeing World War Z last week. Just looked like poor version of Transformers with that bloke from Luther.
  24. No I was telling him to bulk, that would be the opposite of his goal. I was referring to him possibly stopping the weights. I meant that whether someone is cutting or bulking, you should be doing some sort of weight training. The specifics of which will differ depending on if your trying to gain size it lose some.
  25. Doesn't really matter if your bulking or cutting regard to weights. The only difference would be the reps and how heavy you lift. You should always some form of resistance training. It's just a matter of striking the balance. I like to do a couple of weight sessions a week, a couple of runs and I play 5-a-sides one a week too.
