I'm really surprised Moyes hasn't been more active. watching them lot yesterday, they seemed toothless. I struggle to see how your making goals if RVP doesn't do anything spectacular. The midfield is lacking any creative spark, you don't move the ball quick enough. Fellaini would be a good addition but I don't think he's exactly what you need. If I were Hernandez id be getting out of there, he never plays. Does Wellbeck have some sort of dirt on the Utd board? he seems to always player, no matter who's picking the team. Stay the fuck away from Ozil

Less chances? if you're going by shots then yes but 3/4's of yours were Kyle Walker threatening the nosebleed seats behind the goal. The only thing I remember Chesney doing was saving the deflected shot. For sure you had more of the ball but where did you have it? in the centre circle the majority of the time. We set up slightly differently today we sat more and used our pace on the counter attack behind you slow back line that was rather high. Worked to perfection. We really should have had at least 2 more, Lloris made a few decent saves/interventions and our final ball/pass was lacking at times.

lolz. What was it that was 'promising'? the complete lack of any attacking creativity or perhaps the total lack of understanding between your centre backs? Funny you're the only person i've seen class Arsenal's performance as desperate. Even with all the injuries, we still outclassed you pretty easily. Was it you who said a couple of days back you see Spurs actually challenging for the title this year? Not a good start to be outplayed by a 'desperate' side.

Haha, bitter much. There's one team that has the potential to be great and isn't your lot. 270 minutes without a goal from open play, embarrassing. Absolutely nothing going forward and a back line that had no idea what it was doing. Lucky you have a very good keeper. Yeah, we were throwing square pegs in round holes a bit due to lack of numbers. That says more about your lot than ours. I'll happily take playing like Norwich or Stoke when you lot play like Luton.

North London is red. Thoroughly deserved that. Spurs created nothing all day until the 92 minute. Giroud was immense, Ramsey bossing the show as usual. Flamini could be an excellent addition. Our first defensive midfielder since he left. Tomorrow is a massive day. We played well today but our squad is so small it's frightening. Need some major additions tomorrow. Come on Arsene, get it done.

What do you want to achieve exactly? do you want to add muscle, a bit of added size (lol)? There a million different exercises you could be doing in the gym but it's best to start of with the basics, the moves that have worked for years and are included in most people's workout. Essentially you want to do exercises that will work every part of the body. The easiest and quickest way to do this is through compound moves that utilise multiple body parts at the same time. Chest - Bench Press/Dumbbell Press (flat/inlcine) Shoulders - Overheard Press with Barbell/Dumbbells Back - Pull ups/Inverted Rows/Bent over Barbell/Dumbbell rows. Legs - Squats/Deadlift/Lunges Some form of that will work every major muscle group. You could add in other things like Bicep curl or Triceps extensions but their still getting hit in those moves. In my experience people tend to fail when they start adding in too many things into their programs. Unless you're a bodybuilder, you don't need to be in the gym for 3 hours on every visit.

But it's painful to the earsssss. Fair enough, though I wouldn't really class hard rock/metal as slow.

It's probably the reverse in Jock land. Most of the central belt places are considered more 'friendly'. The North East tends to be full of miserable people, who don't smile very often, aren't such fans of physical contact and we tend to be overtly cynical. I liken Aberdeen to the Winterfell of the UK.

Move to Scotland @Eenuh! There's green everywhere!

Apparently we're after Draxler from Schalke. He's absolutely immense and still very young. No doubt we'll either make no offer it it'll be derisory as per usual.
-
I don't understand how people can listen to 'dance' music whilst working out. The again it's probably because I detest that genre of music. Can't beat some hard rock when clanging some iron.

The harsh realities of being a group 4 team. Oh well. we'll just have to take out Barcelona again. Really fancy a trip over to Amsterdam for the away match.

This was my issue for years. My retarded mind was telling me I was baby lazy even though my body was crying out for some sweet sweet rest.
-
Doesn't really matter who lines up on offence for the Pats, as long as no 12 is there we're laughing. Hopefully the run game is as good if not better than last year, really was a strength.

My gym has all the weights in km too, which is probably why I go with it.
-
I'm with you Odwin, I don't recognise miles, I'm all about kilometres.

A note on the match from last night. The commentators were dying to praise Rooney every time he touched the ball. He was one of the better players last night but in the context of how awful that match was, it's hardly a scintillating endorsement. He tracked back well, hit a couple of long rangers and passed efficiently. Listening to Tyler last night, he'd banged in at least a hat-trick.

That was shit.

I wasn't being serious. I thought that much was apparent. Zechs had some valid points but went about addressing them in the wrong way. Anyway. My body is machine, I liken it to efficiency pioneered by the Germans. I find it hard when looking into mirror not to utter "Vosprung Durch Technik". It wasn't always that way, there was a time I was more like a Rover. Hours in the gym and running round the mean streets eventually changed that.

Obviously with 3D glasses as well, I can see the top of the collar. It's an improvement though.
-
Depends on what your purpose is, Cardio or strength training? Rowing machine would be good for cardio, if it's weights you're interested in, get a squat rack of some sort.
-
I got Nike Free's from JD Sports, weren't that cheap though. Pro Direct has a running site perhaps try that. Someone what gutted that I've had to cancel all the home Gym stuff I ordered. Turns out the logistics of having a squat rack and large amount of weight on an upstairs floor is not workable. I'm going to comfort eat my weight in chocolate digestives to make me feel better.

I bet your a 20 stone heffer @Zechs Merquise.

Push/Pull refer to the different motion of exercises. Examples of Push exercises would be Bench Press, Chest Press, Overhead Press, etc. Pull examples would be Pull Ups, Rows, Lat Pull Downs, etc. Most people tend to split workout routines into upper/lower splits or push/pull splits. I tend to do everything in one sitting. I usually do 3 full body workouts a week.
