We'll call it a Celtic thing then

That game summed up Theo Walcott perfectly. Big game, chips were down and we badly needed something from him. As expected he was no where to be seen, genuinely never seems remotely interested.

The Irish tend to exercise in a different way. Their gym is a public house and their dumbbell a pint.
-
No. They do tend to look very gay.
-
His header wasn't his greatest although to be fair on the replay it looked like the ball was a bit behind him.
-
Oliver Giroud is without doubt the most beautiful man in football. He's a fine physical specimen. He did also do more in 20 minutes than Walcott did all match.

Everything i've ever read always outs Running and Squash at the top of the calorie burning stakes. Swimming and cycling are excellent for the effort they require in regards to running.

Cut out a lot of unnecessary secondary exercises from my workout and managed to chop almost an hour of my time spent weight session. Got it down to just over an hour now (which is what should really be) instead of the insane time I was spending before. Amazing how much more I enjoyed it.

As much as I loathe Suarez, I doubt it was intentional and there's nothing that can be done about it after the event.

Well not really, you don't need any scale or measurement to tell you if you're fat. Your eyes will suffice. It's a pointless scale and though years ago it was the gold standard, it's rarely used by anyone with a brain cell.
-
Yep. You could have two guys weighing the same and being the same height, yet one is a fat based slob and the other a hunking slice of man, with pecs and abs of steel. Yet their BMI will be the same. RIDIC.

I R What a game for the neutral. At one point we looked like the team of old, playing at such a high tempo. Then the usual Arsenal turn up and we can't defend for shit, seriously Metresacker was gash, far too tight to his man and then proceeding to fall over. Didn't really want a replay but at least we're still in for another week at least.

People put far too much emphasis on scale weight, it's your body fat you need to get sorted. I notice a major change in my body composition when I added in weight lifting to my routine. My weight didn't change on the scales but I added half a stone of muscle and lost half a stone in fat. Goes without saying the more muscle you have the more calories you'll burn anyway.
-
I agree. I just assumed everyone drunk semi skimmed anyway
-
Unless you sit on your arse completely all day, I really wouldn't worry about milk making you fat, the same with all this no carb bullshit. Every meal should include a good supply of carbs especially when doing some heavy lifting and every routine should be including at least some cardio. Venison is another type of meat that's full of protein and is very tasty.

They've all played that position at some point this season and have all played it better than Henderson
-
They are all central midfielders, wether they play other positions is irrelevant.

In no particular order. 1. Arteta 2. Wilshere. 3. Cazorla 4. Carrick 5. Toure 6. Ramires 7. Oscar. 8. Lallana 9. Cabaye 10. Barry 11. Mikel 12. Cleverly 13. Nolan 14. Noble 15. Osman 16. Fellaini 17. Gerrard 18. Nasri 19. Mata 20. Hazard 21. Pienaar 22. McAnuff 23. Silva 24. De Guzman 25. Lampard 26. Sandro 27. Dembele 28. Hoolahan 29. Tiote 30. Allen It's all subjective but I wouldn't say Henderson has been better than any of the above.
-
Maddog aside, has anyone not connected to LFC lavished praise on Jordan Henderson? If they have i've not seen it. You could easily name 30 or 40 central midfielders this season who have been performing to a far higher standard than him. He's only just gotten back in the team. Not to say he won't go on to be class but it's hardly fair to compare him to himself of last season, Stephen Hawking would come out favourably in that comparison.

Did a full body workout yesterday, 3 hours solid of weight training; slightly feeling it now. Some people prefer to go to the gym maybe 3 or 4 times a week in short bursts to work all the areas, I prefer doing two lengthy sessions. It might take a while but I quite enjoy it when I get going.

There are 4 cinemas about all within about a 10 minute drive. They're all fairly good, probably prefer either Vue or Cineworld in the city centre, just for it's location. Although the Cineworld down by the beach is better for parking (and it's free parking).

I personally enjoy cardio. I enjoy the feeling of knowing i'm fitter than the majority of people I meet. Resistance training is important, no doubt but if your goal is concerted weight loss, you need to be putting in the hours cardio wise. You should really be logging more cardio sessions than weight sessions.

Stick some weighted lunges in there, definitely one of the best leg workouts there is other than squats. Need to make sure you're stick in some upper chest work too, Incline Bench Press and Incline Flys work really well. Can't beat good old fashioned push - ups too. If anything I enjoy the gym for a sly perv, nothing like the sight of some decent ladies to keep you motivated during that last set

Santa Clauzora. Best player in the premiership this season.
