That should be more than just basics - in fact everything you need to know. If you know and understand the material, all you have left to learn are synoptic skills and exam technique, both of which can be learnt by doing past papers. Anyway, today was very average for me... I went to some lectures, had some lunch and had a supervision. Still got some chemistry to do...

5cm/s has the best animation I have ever seen in anything, ever, apart from possibly the opening sequence to ef (the game, not the anime), which is of course also by Makoto Shinkai. I found the story slightly lacking, but the animation is actually so, so good.

There are two fan translations, one of which is by me. The very start of Onikakushi-hen and Minagoroshi-hen are all that's been translated so far. Anyhoo, you can download Onikakushi-hen legally for free. As for season 3, no idea.

Assuming this is A-level, get the textbook, and memorise it over a few weekends. I effectively did my entire biology course when "revising" for the exam.

I actually have the original soundtrack for the Higurashi games (because I have the games), and there is about half an hour of mp3 recordings of cicadas. By the way, who else loves the line where the title comes from? 「もう直ぐ終わる… 全部終わる！…そうだ… ひぐらしのなく頃に… 全部！」 "Soon it'll all be over... everything will be over! That's right... when the cicadas cry... everything will be finished!"

The only problem with a facebook group is that some people won't want to add random forumites as friends. (Incidentally, I don't really mind) Edit: Realises that friend adding isn't necessary... even so, some people might not have facebook.

Lol, well I was just thinking of a couple of people and a "NE are here sign" or somesuch. After all, Hyde Park is relatively large, and admit it, username stickers will be fun. And as the day goes on, people can swap them round, leading to amusement. :wink: Also Bluey: I may or may not be going to Japan this Summer.

It's generally "unopened or faulty"... if you're going to try and fool them like this, I guess it would count as faulty. If I were you I'd try and get Nintendo to find out the problem with your Wii.

That can give you a high, but it isn't a sugar rush. Also yeah, if you drink that much of it your body will adapt to it and it'll have significantly less effect.

Aspartame, the sweetening agent of diet coke, is arguably worse for you than sugar, but it doesn't give you a sugar rush for obvious reasons. Also despite the large number of studies suggesting it's a carcinogen, none have been conclusive. And I think you'll find that the e numbers in diet coke are also present in regular coke. And there's nothing wrong with an e number per se, it simply means it is an approved artificial additive.

Higurashi does, but you have to work out some things. For instance, what the hell happens with Teppei in Tatarigoroshi-hen... that had me confused for a long time. The trick is to use other arcs and the punishment games played to deduce what actually happened.

I like my coffee black with no sugar, and my tea in sombody else's mug. My favourite mug is one of those brown ones with a green bit round the top that they sell in Spain, and say "estuve en salout" or something on them. I'm not that much of a biscuit fan, but on occasion I can find plain digestives godly.

I get you - I used to do that, and my friend once told me it looked like I wanted to have sex with myself. Didn't stop me doing it, but I don't seem to find it comfortable these days. And I am also double jointed. Hmm, perhaps there is some kind of correlation...
