..it does get a bit harder.. in fact, it makes me want to KILL.. I have the first 8 worlds cleared now but have to go back to 5,6,7 and 8 to do them without continuing.. 5 would be easy but I can't seem to beat that octopus spud anymore.. that tentacled fiend managed to take all the 9 lives I gathered up over the stages off me yesterday meaning I have to go through the world again and have another go at him.. I was amazed that it happened, but I just *laughed it off and couldn't wait to do it again** *wanted to pull him out of the screen and crush his little pink head, the dick **because if I can't do it soon, my fist is gonna find the nearest wall.. a fist I'll need for doing my exams next week..

..Some poor soul is gonna receive this as a present some day.. followed by the dreaded words from his mother: "I hope you like it.. I lost the receipt" ..Looks AWESOME, mum..

..Yeh.. the Dual Shock Analogue sticks are horrendous.. and the D-Pad makes my thumb hurt a little after prolonged play.. GC Controller was the best thing out there.. Haven't the analogue sticks been 'fixed' for the PS3 though?

I couldn't understand a thing that was going on in Killer 7 either.. including the ending.. But I loved it

..I don't know why I have thought of this.. but if you have, say, an f-zero stage with the machines flying past.. and 4 people are playing and a point comes in the stage where 3 ships stop at the bottom of the screen to take players to the next part of the arena, making it a scramble to get to machines.. and of course, with only 3 machines, someone wouldn't be able to make it.. madness ..now.. who want's to take a dig at my out-of-nowhere idea I've always been a fan of the Starfox stages, so bring some of those back.. or make a cool new one..

I despise the words 'Chav' and 'Bling' Not the biggest fan of 'Oh My God' (a phrase I have never used and never intend to) The word 'tad'.. why the hell can't people just say 'bit'

..there's a few times at the end of friends though when the joke really wasn't funny and it was just infuriating (there was one particular guitar bit which got on my nipples) It's ok in Scrubs (probably a little bias in there since I really like Scrubs)

..the canned laughter probably does work ok with Friends (but then you'll never know what it would have been like without it) To be honest, a lot of the time it is the music in Friends that would annoy me more than the canned laughter would. Usually at the end of an episode, something 'funny' would happen followed by the names coming up on the screen accompanied by some often infuriating music (before the end bit where the names appear at the bottom).

I actually get fed up of songs pretty quickly.. if there's one I like, I probably listen to it too much over a short period and then I can't really listen to it any more, unless I leave it for ages..

Metroid Prime rocked : peace: ..I'm really looking forward to Corruption.. but like Twilight_Link said, the way A is Shoot and B is Jump sounds a little strange, I think I would feel more comfortable with it the other way round.. (if your're thinking 'how would you know, you haven't even played it yet', I'm just going from my experience of Wii Play where firing at the screen felt much better with B than A.. doesn't feel right firing with the A-button.. but that's not to say I wouldn't be ok with it)

I rang up a little earlier and I was told my ammended card details have now been approved.. but I never got any word about the game all day and it doesn't say that it has been dispatched yet.. My details were right as of last night so should I not have had word today? If I hear nothing tomorrow I will probably start to worry that Skies of Arcadia has slipped out of my grasp again ..but on the site, the status of my order is 'order taken' ..which means i AM getting it.. right..? EDIT: Friggin hell, I phoned up and they said that because Skies sold out between the time I ordered and the time I fixed my card details, I will not be getting the game that there is practucally no chance of the game becoming available again.. a mini tantrum later and I'm still incredibly pissed off beyond belief.. words can't describe how annoyed I'm feeling right now..

..ok.. this may be irrelevant but in Currys tonight I saw Soul Calibur II for the PS2 for 97p.. surely that's worth a purchase even if you DON'T want it..

I haven't had any emails about card problems today so i assume everything is ok on that front.. but then I haven't heard anything about it being ok either, nor has Skies been dispatched yet.. should I be concerned.. or just wait and see what happens..

..you said it ..this is following on from my girlfriend getting me Smash Bros. and her parents buying me Red Steel at Christmas.. I'm really very lucky ..don't give your bird a thrashing though.. unless she bought you 500 sheets of printer paper for Christmas..

The octopuss is what gets on my ravers.. and wasn't a big fan of the cobalt world.. but haven't started the lava world yet.. I'm enjoying the game enough to warrant the purchase.. though multiplayer hasn't been touched yet.. but from what I played of the party games by myself, Wii Sports doesn't have a lot to worry about..

..yeh.. I'm about an hour in.. gonna play it again before I go to sleep.. seems really cool.. ..my girlfriend knew I've wanted it for ages (along with Skies of Arcadia.. so a great week for me (providing my card details are now in order on play.com *crosses fingers* )) and she bought me it.. how lucky am I?! magicbuttons, you're a wee gem

Just thought I would update to say it is now sold out and I'm starting to worry a little as I have now had 2 emails saying that my card details have been wrong.. I have modified them with the only problem I could possibly find with them.. but if they keep telling me it's wrong, they'll stop holding the copy for me.. won't they

I haven't played it yet ..but my girlfriend bought me it today as a surprise.. so I'm gonna play it soon.. she's the best
