    Not all British teen TV is automatically shit you know. Again, Inbetweeners takes a while to get going, first episode is poor, gradually picks up. The first episode of s2 is genuinely one of the funniest things I've seen on TV. Yeah, the characters are overblown, so what, it's still great comedy.

    I actually quite enjoy the whole family gatherings. I used to hate them and want to play with my toys at home. These days apparently we don't get presents from the family anymore Gutted. I might order a n64 and conkers bad fur day for myself off ebay as a speshul xmas treat soon.

    Hello KNEErs. Needing help for an English language essay that I'm writing, which is about instant messening and it's grammar and spelling rules. Basically I'm saying that obviously they vary depending on context and speaker / typer and that it thus makes new types of vernacular language. Newyzyz, point is, can anyone help out with good examples of IM that I can reference and look at? I'm probably gonna have a look at the scene In Closer (Probably before Clive Owen get's his wang out. Couldn't see anywhere else to put this but if an Admin wants to move this that's cool (Y)

    Hot Fuss was ace. Though after a while I preferred Sam's Town. The Hot Fuss singles are horribly overplayed at clubs. The indie standards, alongside KOL and Dancefloor. I still love it when intoxicated though. Shame Killers haven't done anything good since / are a bit shit live / ect -- In other news, What the fuck just happened?     back in my Art days I used to find trawling through Deviantart really inspiring. Such a massive range of interesting styles, once you get past the generic anime copies and such.

    Paranormal Activity Yeah, after the showing, just looking around everyone had a sort of crazed stunned look on their face, it was good. I think it would have been scraier at home though, like ealy on people were evidently really scared and I just wasn't, which made it seem even less scary for me. Still, I thought it was good, though it only really started to get scary in the last scene or two, and then it just ended. Then again, I did actually have a paranormal activity-esque dream last night, (not nightmare though) so must have been fairly scary. Great work considering the low budget, though didn't quite live up to the scary hype. 7.5 / 10 Edit. Said 'scary' way too many times there.

    Fuck off. THE two songs of the competition. We will not retreat, this band is UNSTOPPABLE. Ridiculously good live I might add. Still, All Along the Watchtower is the best song ever™ and best cover ever™ so get's my vote Can't remember if I nominated both songs, that would be irritating. Lol, the BSG version is epic. I can't get over how good the end of s3 was. Ahhhhhhhh.

    This is totally gonna be the question that everyone who dosn't watch FF will ask. It is a good point nonetheless. I already said what I suspect will happen a page or two back but anyway, I think what has to happen for the whole thing to make sense is for them to become sort of unconcious and not in control of their actions over the 2 minutes 17 seconds of their flashforward. Thus it would carry out as they saw it and noone would react like 'omgs this is my flashforward innit!!'

    I honestly didn't see anyone's problem with Cloverfield. As a stupid monster movie I thought it was brilliant. Stupid in places but what do you expect. Watched Dragged me to Hell the other night. Brilliant film.

    Saame Was getting a little worried, especially as one of my best friends here decided he was gonna live with people he knew from back home. I still think it's way too early to be organizing houses... I've only met the people I'll be living with a handful of times. They're lovely though, so it'll be fine. Like you say though, once we actually pick a house I think I'll be way too eager, and want to move in straight away. Only it'll still be like 7 months to wait :/ I was the only one in my flat this weekend, the rest having gone home for the weekend. Lonesome times.

    I keep finding this at uni. It seems the the ones who seem most interested in me are the ones who are actually in a relationship. Got with someone i said I wouldn't the other night. Damn my drink-induced lack of self control. My new plan for essays is to pull an all nighter the night before the night before it's due. Then sleep all day, edit the crap that evening, and have it ready to print and hand in the days its due. Gwan well. As long as the uni printers dont hate me, as they always do. EDIT: Also. Chicken and mushroom 'flavour' sainsburies pot noodles are the best.

    Word on the street is that Daft Punk are doing an arena tour next year. Playing Wembley Arena the week before Muse play the stadium. Omgzepicweek. May to have to buy tickets. I bought a Muse ticket, 50 quid, they better be good.
