  1. You get some heart thingies that you can trade for the 4 wedding items you can use for the photos. Talk to the groom and you should have the option.
  2. No need for now. I'm swimming in cash anyways
  3. Two more fish and three more bugs to go for June. The wedding photography stuff is not for me. Don't think the rewards are worth it.
  4. @Aneres11 my internet's acting up. My island doesn't stay open for more than 30 seconds. I'll just send the Whirlpool Bath over later
  5. I'll @ you later The trash bag should've arrived at your second island, by the way.
  6. My expectations are pretty low. Only thing I actually expect to show up: Demon's Souls Remake. And they will not show the console itself. People should get that into their heads. Sony need to monumentally fuck up to disappoint me
  7. Whirlpool Bath for sale on my island. 130k bells. If anyone wants it, let me know. I'll open up later today.
  8. Pretty much, yeah. Apparently, hard mode is what the devs balanced the game around originally. Currently stuck at a boss and grinding is taking way too long. One XP per battle...adding to that: you have to leave an area to make enemies respawn. Not just the screen, the entire area. Need to get away from the idea of grinding and get used to the fact that items are a necessity
  9. Urgh. My copy probably won't arrive before Friday Thankfully I have Bug Fables to keep me busy Keep them impressions coming, @Julius
  10. 4 1/2 hours in now. It gets better Nothing huge going on right now, but I assume something major will go down eventually. Enjoying the game very much. It does, however, suffer from the biggest sin in the RPG-genre: you can't grind. Well...technically you can, but it would take way too long. I hate it when games immensely reduce the XP you get from lesser monsters the more you level up. It kind of makes sense with the XP system in this game, but come on...just 1 XP now instead of the 5 you get from early monsters in the beginning? Bug Fables won't get a perfect score from me, that's for sure Still, having a great time with it.
  11. I would assume that the OS takes up a good chunk of the storage. Don't have a microSD card in my Switch, but from what I know it's now quite easy to transfer data from the internal memory to a new microSD card (that feature has been added recently, IIRC). Transfering data from one card to another isn't possible, I'd reckon. Maybe via a PC with card readers, but not on the Switch itself (given it has only one card slot). You shouldn't take my words for granted, though, as I'm just assuming The eShop sucks. You're better off using an alternate source of information. DekuDeals is my go-to. The information you're looking for (size, vids, screenshots) should be there, though.
  12. Only put 30 more minutes into the game just now, so it's too early to really tell. The main characters are an interesting blend of "childlike adventurer", "responsible adventurer" and "mystical mage" One of them appears to have a pretty interesting past but so far that's only been hinted at once. I've seen three locations so can't say much about the world itself. There is something larger looming. It's very subtle but that's to be expected at this stage of the story. Edit: More characters are now involved, more potential conflicts hinted at.
  13. Is it ok if I send you the garbage later? Gotta take care of some things now.
  14. I'll see if I can craft one Edit: If you can send me a boot, I'll craft one for ya
  15. If anybody's interested: 90 bells per turnip on Solus. Gate's are open for a while.
  16. To preface: The only Paper Mario game I've played was Super Paper Mario so I can't compare Bug Fables to the Paper Mario RPGs. I'm now an hour in. It's a very pretty game. It's not necessarily going for the "paper aesthetic". The inspiration is clearly there, but it's not 100% "papery" Looks good, though. Sound effects are fitting. The music (the two tracks I've listened to, so far) is lovely. Writing seems to be top-notch. Lots of humorous dialogue and lore. The three main characters already have a fun dynamic. Looking forward to how the story will evolve and how the characters interact in the future. "But drahkon, who gives a shit about the graphics and music. It's all about gameplay, you wanker." Exploration is standard RPG exploration...hardly something you could fuck up. And the devs didn't Battles have been simple so far, mainly because there's not a lot to choose from. Attack, one or two skills, block. Simple doesn't mean easy, though. I've put the game on hard mode and good lord the battles can be tough. Died twice to normal enemies. Using items will be a necessity. Yeah...that's it for now. Good first 60 minutes and if I wasn't so unbelievably tired I'd continue playing. Well, I'll put more time into Bug Fables tomorrow
  17. This is so unbelievably cool. Happy to see that everything went well so far.
  18. Managed to get $25 eShop credit for 17€ and bought Bug Fables just now For that price I couldn't say no
  19. Yes, no, maybe, I don't know Xenoblades is full price everywhere here but I found an offer for 45€ for a digital copy. This would be quite a risky investment, though, but might also push me to give it an even bigger chance I've informed myself some more and I think I could enjoy this one... Edit: Ordered a copy for 50 bucks. Have to wait a few days but it's better that way. I could easily resell it if I end up not enjoying it
  20. CoD: WWII is a good FPS. Nothing more nothing less. If you're up for one, you can't go wrong with this.
  21. For now I don't need one, but I might get back to you in the future. Thanks.
  22. Sorry, can't talk much ingame, just there for the DIY. Got company coming over soon.
  23. Does a villager give it away or was it a one time thing?
  24. Might as wellstop playing with this amount of money
