Unless they are against enemies that are more than 5 levels higher than mine. Had to use a lot of Magic Mental Points to get out alive... Anyways, picked up some cans but I really want the game to open up more so I'll just focus on the story for now.

Well...chapter two ended with a bang Man, they nailed the battle system. It's got that sweet, sweet JRPG goodness combined with the Yakuza brutality I hope the game opens up soon. Wanna do some side quests and just grind my way to the top

Quite possibly the best Manga I've ever read is getting an anime adaptation They have to put in a lot of effort into the fights...with subpar animation this anime will suck.

After playing most of the Dark Souls games I'm actually very happy that Demon's Souls is taking a different approach to bosses (mostly). Anyways, can't wait to give 1-3 a go tomorrow If I won't be able to pick up Yakuza 7 I'll spend most of my gaming time with Demon's Souls for sure.

Getting to him after dying once was annoying as hell...halfway through the long way I decided to go back and just make my way down the pit Thankfully I was successful on my second try. Regarding your experience with the 2-3 boss: In my opinion most of Demon's Souls bosses are kind of a "cinematic end" to each level. They usually have some sort of "gimmick" and aren't that difficult, especially compared to the Dark Souls series. Flamelurker, though...that's straight up a Dark Souls boss Anyways, that's 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, 2-2 and 3-1 done. Soul Level 34. Still not sure what to make of the magic build...I've acquired Soul Ray which is a bit more powerful than Soul Arrow but I still usually just engage in close quarter combat. Maybe the magic's potential will unlock in NG+. Edit: 2-3 done, as well. Very easy if you know what to do

Remembering most of 1-1 and 1-2 certainly helped Tower Knight has easily been my favourite one so far. I do hate that there are ranged enemies involved in the fight, though...Well, I still defeated the knight without killing any of the bolt-shooting assfaces Currently making my way through 2-2. There's something about places with lava in the Soulsborne games that I simply cannot enjoy.

Armor Spider has been vanquished. So far I have only died once (well...aside from killing myself in the Nexus a few times) and it was against the Tower Knight. For the first time in my Soulsborne career I've decided to go with a Mage build instead of a Dex build. Haven't used a lot of magic, though...somehow I keep going back to using a sword Soul Arrow did prove to be useful for cheesing the Red Dragon. Now my memory is starting to become quite vague...the first few areas I mostly knew, but 2-2 will be a different beast, I think. But first: some sleep.
