"Concluding this segment of the show, Mizuguchi says he will be announcing something in a few weeks time, although this won't be related to Al Gore's project.". REZ, REZ, REZ, REZ (Chants forever)....
-
I thought Samba was always in the lineup from before the wii was released..
-
You are on smack.... But entitled to your opinion. There is nothing I would love to see more than another SC5 (or even the two existing ones) or/and REZ, REZ, REZ (chant forever)..... Couldnt see the problem if the wiimote and nunchuck were programmed with a little thought.....In fact it could be done with the wii-mote alone.
-
I dont reckon that much to the program but I'd love to pipe piper, if you know what I mean...

Space Channel 5 the Return.....Ulalas Cosmic Lapdancing Club FTW

June 1st apparently... As for the Cinema experience, you are right, but I wouldnt bet on the experience remaining intact. "Grindhouse is to be broken into two films following its disastrous showing at the US box office last weekend. The Robert Rodriguez-Quentin Tarantino collaboration will now be released overseas as two separate features. There are also plans to re-release the production as two films in the US.It remains to be seen whether this will affect the picture's UK release. As of last night, Grindhouse was still scheduled to be released as a single, stand-alone feature on June 1st." Btw...Of the Two the Rodriguez offering is the best.

I have pierced nipples....Is that pointless enough to warrant a post ?

Most developers are lazy and stick to tried and tested formulas.... I'm sure there are plenty of idea's floating around and on the drawing board but finding someone who is going to take the risk to develop and publish will be the main barrier imho.

At least Ikaruga made it in to the list. Personally would have rated Eternal Darkness higher than 10 though.
-
Wait for it....Who knows, a price drop may come along within that time period.

Its just an observation....I think it would be mad for them not to be included when the artwork has a blatent representation of the nintendo bongos strapped to the waist. If it wasn't meant to use them they could just as easily strapped a jetpack to the characters....other than that, the obvious giveaway would be in the title. I'm hoping I'm right anyways cos I own 3 sets of em and could do with something to give them more usage.

Difficult but funny... The pipe at the 1:53 mark is a personal favourite I think I would possibly be kicking things (or the creator if in reach) within around 5 minutes. I may have to find it....I haven't been truly frustrated by a game in a long time...I reckon this is the one to do it. Check tomorrows news headlines.
-
I think the bongo usage is a dead cert looking at the artwork. I wonder if this is going to be the 3d equivalent of Track and Field....?

It does sound like the lens cannot focus, presuming the disc still spins up. Use a good quality cotton bud (ie. one that does not shed fibres) or the ones made specifically for cleaning tape heads if you are feeling flush. First with a dry bud rub the lens but dont apply too much pressure. If this does not solve the problem try using a drop of the cleaner from a cd cleaning kit on the bud.

I saw this, and had to post it.... A modded version of Super Mario Bros that could have only been dreamt up by the very Devil himself (wait a minute...I dont remember creating this ). If only the players face was being shown... http://endangeredgamer.blogspot.com/2007/04/most-diabolical-super-mario-mod-ever.html

Grindhouse. Great film in total.....The seperate films alone arent anything above average, but the whole package with fake trailers (and Sheri Moon cos she is quality from every and any angle ) is brilliant. 8/10

The ability to truly kill Slippy rather than just down his Arwing would be nice. Get rid of the voice acting and bring back the original dialogue sounds (Animal X'ing styley), Imho that always sounded better. Add in an updated of the 'Independance day' level from Lilet Wars, because it was one of the bestest levels ever and also add in some online co-op to it.

Styling is always going to be an opinion driven thing. To me it Doesn't look bad at all and is light years ahead of the Decalgirl style modding. If it was down to me everything would be Matt black and rack-mount...

Way, way too many good memories of arcade gaming as a yoof... Kung Fu master (Classic I could complete 4 times over) Yie Ar Kung Fu (Was crap at it to begin with, but after honing my skills on the c64 version, could complete twice in a row....Hot fighting history) ASO (One of the first shooters with powerups...quite a rarity being I only ever saw 2) Dragons Lair/Space Ace Star-Rider (Was there one year, then disappeared the next....cases seemed to be recycled for Hang on) Bubble Bobble Nemesis, Salamander, Vulcan Venture (Konami were the shoot em up Daddy) Gauntlet (Fantastic multiplayer....VALKYRIE, YOU ARE ABOUT TO DIE!!!) Karate Champ (twin joystick contols) Street Fighter 2 Shao Lins Road Paperboy (I remember the blisters on the thumb knuckles from the grips) Galaxian 3 (Ok it was shallow for the time, but awsome) Galaxian Ridge Racer Hammering Harry....(Hitting people with hammers....doesnt get much better) Space Invaders Defender Tron (I would love to own this alongside a Star wars machine) Point Blank (Light gun games are like a drug to me for beating) Time Crisis (Pissed on XXX's top 3 scores in Meadowhall, XXX was the guy playing the game on gamesmaster Sky Kid (Quality) Wonderboy Ghosts and Goblins Hogans Alley Donkey Kong Boot Hill (early game...) Alien Syndrome Shoot Away (early light gun game....still see it to this day at seaside arcades) Pop & Twinbee Ordyne (top shooter...if I remember correctly was the prequel to pop and twin bee) Commando Bionic Commando Dragon Ninja..... Green Beret Combat school (Blistered palm from track ball) Express Raider (A game I mastered and enjoyed) Super Mario Bros Pole position Mikey Tapper Robotron (I had never wiped out a level as quick before this game) Smash TV (Amusing and violent for the time) Tempest R-Type (fantastic shooter) Splatter House (Mad game, dunno why I liked It...) Robocop Phoenix (See Below) Gorf (Classic shooter and still playable for me today) Moon Cresta Bezerk Marble Madness (The music still haunts me to this day, had a really nice precise feeling when controlling) Hypersports Track and field (Both excellent and would cause a debate on best button technique) Star Wars (Still one of the best) Pac land (eye candy.....the first game that everyone described as cartoon graphics) Mappy (great game, and the tune that looped in your head for the rest of your life) Star Force I could go on for the rest of everyones life and possibly longer if I had the braincells left. And that isnt accounting for the horrendous pinball addiction phase I went through.

Preferred Bubble Bobble over Rainbow Islands in all honesty.. Another game I was priddy good at in the arcade in my misspent youth. Still cannot believe that I managed to get to the Level 80 bonus room. (Popped up every 20th level you got to if you hadnt lost a life). First version I owned was the C64 version by Firebird.
-
So are we talking the 'real' version of Space Ace here ? I have to admit to being able to complete that in the arcade, enjoyed it plenty even though it amounted to no further than tapping the correct direction at the right time...(Eeh when I was a lad, laserdisc gaming etc)
-
Worked for me.... Also with the leftover cash I managed to buy a DS lite and a 2 tubes of pringles.
-
Stores may get dodgy about replacing Wii's due to the shortages.....From their perspective an exchanged Wii is one less on the shelf to sell at that precise moment in time.

From the review, I figure its a pretty sturdy coating (although there are mentions on the chrome being damaged where the sheets were snapped) whether its painted or true chroming is not mentioned. Suppose its still ok if you dont tend to move the setup around often. For the record the same company also does black cases (for the ones who cannot wait)

Saw this whilst browsing t'internet on lunch today, and have to admit its possibly the best looking case mod I have seen to date: Nice mirrored finish, but was a bit peeved to find out it is coated plastic, but still imho, infinitely better than the stickers if you dare go that little bit further in voiding your warranty and a steal at approx. £25.
