  1. Silicon knights for some follow up to ED Q? Entertainment....

  3. If we are going from a personal opinion perspective here: Anything that hits the big screen is the worst movie ever these days.
  4. Rygar was a quality title in the arcades....Hope the Wii incarnation is too.
  5. Never played FF so its no loss to me, but if any company wants to ignore the Wii at this point in time its their own idiotic loss on both a financial and promotional level.
  6. Doubt its RSI... The few people I have known with that stated it was painful.
  7. Theres one you reminded me of.. Indiana Jones Temple of doom by Atari. Probably the first arcade 'whip em up'..
  8. Or an arse, which would mean it doesnt discriminate against sex or sexuality In all seriousness though 3 has always been a number I have considered 'lucky'. Also If I have a quick pint after work It usually ends up being 3 (a pint or three). My Fourth relationship was the one from hell and that ended on January 15 (granted it ended in 2003). Imho you need to search down, dig up and slap the person who invented maths.
  9. It was one of those series that I actually managed to watch from start to end. Just prior to the series getting aired I was thumbing my way through the Majestic book. The thing that I will never forget was the start of one of the episodes where it showed Jeri Ryans character as a child running into one of the greys in the woods whilst 'She's not there' was playing in the background. The Brown Acid episode was well though out too
  10. If I was devoid of hormones and dickless I would agree. A pretty face and a nice pair of legs can beat my intelligence and credit card limit every time. One day they will rule the world and I will be a willing servant
  11. The problem is the seperate parts of the film add up to nothing special imho...there is nothing great about either film. You need the complete arse numbing 3h12m to make it interesting imho. Neither film on its own warrants a cinema ticket purchase.
  12. But recognition of a species specific threat ? Seems a fair distance away from reflex action.... (Not saying you are wrong here and your understanding of the subject may be better than mine...I just find reflex and threat recognition 2 different things and a debatable point, the reason I brought it up in the first place)
  13. The curse of PP 13 strikes again. I fell asleep whilst waiting for the release, when I awoke my monitor had died.....had to get a replacement at lunch.
  14. They mentioned this was going to happen last month: http://www.n-europe.com/forum/showpost.php?p=414829&postcount=1761 Its worrying because it will remove half of the substance. (Pleased to say I have seen the whole thing as it was supposed to be presented minus the cinema screen).
  15. Even a bedroom production costs money, or have you not caught onto that fact yet ? Are we taking it from the point of view that the recording tech / software used was stolen along with the instruments ? Because people can program most aspects of a game from a workstation in a bedroom does it mean that the game costs peanuts to produce ? If Itunes overprices its products at 99p a throw, where does that leave the games industry when it charges £50 a game ?
  16. That was covered by Rupert Sheldrakes 7 Experiments that could change the world book, except it was termed 'Morphic Resonance'. The same book also mentioned experiments that were about the feeling of being watched. The suggestion was to stare at the nape of a subjects neck (or not stare) and the subject was supposed to answer whether they were being stared at or not. Its one of those things that you tend to find that the subject is more often right than wrong. Its a good one to try in public, cos most of the time you will find that a person will turn and look at you.....Just dont choose the meanacing looking bald guy with no neck and fists like shovels to try it on.
  17. Ep 13 is almost here...(Approx 1am ???)
  18. Yeah, thats pretty much what I tried to explain lol...I should have explained it in acoustic terms, maybe it would have come out better. Onto genetic memory.... Its a strange one but throws up a good few questions: On one site it is explained as 'How does a newborn deer know to run from a wolf' and elsewhere goes off on to possibilities of it being a possible reason for past life memories.
  19. 1p ????!!!!! Lol....I am not getting into this one. In regards to the initial question, for p2p guides try zeropaid.com.
  20. The only thing that came near to them in recent years were the Sega 'Holographic' games which were a good novelty for about an hour if anyone remembers those.
  21. Super Fruit fall. Seriously though....SSX is a good game and definitely worth a look.
  22. Same as eating...Catch 22. I managed to do 4 hours sleep for years, now I can sleep for England. I think its a question of what your body is used to. If you go from sleeping 8 hours a day to 4 hours, your body falls out of its routine pattern and cannot cope making your concentration and every other thing that runs on a set routine go to pot in the process.
  23. You dont. Its open to interpretation by what the eyeballs can see and what they feed back to the brain. The eyeballs (or ears) are not a precision instrument in the sense of they are not the exact same in construction....Therefore I would presume there are going to be at least slight deviations in what the brain receives as a colour. In the real world the light given off by a colour is at a set frequency, the brain just associates that frequency to whatever is learnt/taught as a colour when the brain makes associations. (If you can understand that, well done....cos I cant think of any more straight forward explaination in words Something to do with bodily function and gas buildup on the joints the last time I read...I suppose its genetic. Because they are crap at learning t3h whistle 5ki11z. (Count me in on that one)
  24. In my area there doesnt seem to be a problem with surviving...I know of 3 independants that are still open after sitting under the noses of the bigger names. I'd say it is a good market of opertunity for anyone willing to take the plunge
  25. Genetic memory.... Does it exist ?
