I think you've doven too deep into the Pokémon world if you think Lucario (I had to look it up) is one of the top 3 most popular Pokémon. Maybe among mega fans? But among the general public and casual fans, I doubt it would even get into the top 20 that people can even name. I want to know what the 34th starter that idiots would name. I honestly wouldn't bother. I've watched all the MCU stuff up until now, and it's the first one I wish I hadn't bothered. (I'm not saying it's the only bad one, only that it doesn't seem to add anything to the universe at all)

Watched the 'finale' of Echo last night. What utter rubbish the whole show was from start to finish. Just dull moments and boring, less-than-one-dimensional characters all the way through. Thank god it was only 5 episodes, because I don't think I would have watched a 6th.

Remake or remaster? A re-release is fine for Tetrisphere. Official ways to get the game. There is no official way to get Tetrisphere. I have a special fondness for Tetrisphere. My dad came back from a business trip one time, and he said he had bought me a game at the airport on his way back. I got really excited, since he never really took an interest in my gaming hobby, and this was the first and only time he had ever bought me a game on a whim. I am ashamed to say that 14 year old me was disappointed when I saw that he'd bought me Tetrisphere. I'd never heard of it, and it looked like a lame puzzle game. Nevertheless my sister and I played the game and had some fun with it. It was pretty satisfying destroying blocks (you get certain rocket and bomb power ups that can blast away large areas of blocks at once). It ended up being a weird addition to my very limited N64 library. I only had 7 games for the console. Goldeneye Ocarina of Time Mario 64 Banjo Kazooie Smash Bros Micro Machines 64 Tetrisphere All classics, I think you'll agree. Looking back, I'm really quite touched that he went out of his way to buy me something nice at the airport, and I'll always look back at the game positively because of it.

It's February, and i have already completed my second game of the year! I had to open a window to let out the smoke coming off my PS4 controller. I managed to finish Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception It's a fantastic game, I absolutely loved it. Someone on here (was is Sheikah?) said that the 2nd one is the best, and not to bother with 3 and 4, but i wholeheartedly disagree. 3 is brilliant in every way. Each game gets more and more like being in a blockbuster action film, and I love it. Sure, the plot is a bit crap, but all the best action films have slightly naff plots anyway. The locations the game sets up are just so imaginative - most games of this type will have you having a shootout in an old street. Or a warehouse. Or a slightly different street. (And yes, there are a few warehouses), but the whole section with the cruise ship, the ship breakers yard, the horseback chase etc, make for a much more memorable game. The only slightly dodgy bit for me was the weird bit where you are wandering around the desert dying of thirst for several levels. Not a fan of that. It was interesting that they took this level and made it into a full game though (Journey). Anyway, i'm definitely going to continue on a play 4 at some point, but i may have a break and play something else in between. Games completed by me in 2024: Mass Effect 1 Uncharted 3

Is this the loser thread where we can share our experiences of being losers? Nah, I absolutely understand the appeal of doing things alone - certainly going to the cinema or a meal or something. The problem I have these days is I get no time to myself at all. I can't imagine going on holiday alone though. I went to a couple of conferences in my youth, and it was nice exploring new places, but I did get very lonely and wished I could share my experience with someone else.

It does look like Palworld has been plagiarised to buggery, and i expect GameFreak (Nintendo?) will sue them and win, but I don't see how it matters that the art/work that was stolen was done by freelance artists. They have already been paid and have no say on what happens to the work after that - that's what freelance is all about. They are not affected by this.

Man, I bought an imported copy of this, and it won't run. It gets to the title screen but then just nothing happens. What a waste of money. The title screen says NTSCWorld as well, but I think that's just locational differences.

Maybe Baldurs Gate 3? Supposed to be very good, but it's not a PS exclusive. Depends on whether you already have a next gen console or a good PC.

We've not got it quite as bad over here yet. I couldn't believe the number of streaming services over in the US. We currently only have 4 or 5 proper ones that have pretty much everything available. Agreed that it's 3 or 4 too many, but we aren't anywhere near the level that the Americans are at. We started pausing our D+ subscription because there wasn't much on it to watch beyond the new Marvel stuff, but now our oldest is starting to get into Disney (Frozen had been watched at least once per day), we feel like we can't stop it now! We're really want to get rid of Amazon Prime, as it's definitely the worst one, but it's annoyingly bundled into the shopping/free delivery. However, since they also just announced a price rise, the next time that is up for renewal, we're going to see how we get on without it and see how annoying/ expensive it gets.
