Surely it would be a nightmare to have other controllable characters in the same game. Sure, have interlinking stories and locations, but can you imagine how hard developing the physics system to have Spidey swing about would be, and then you try and put in a flying iron man, or a jumping hulk, whose physics systems will have been developed by a different studio from the ground up? I don't see how it would work.

I'm assuming that game development works in the same way as the development of any product - the early reveals aren't aimed at the customer, they're aimed at investors. You show an early build at E3, and everyone gets excited. Investors see all this excitement, and agree to drop money on the game studio, who can now afford to continue developing the rest of the game. It's just business.

You can see the increased budget from the first one doing so well. Looks good though, can't wait.

Aren't they re-releasing COD:MW2 with just the campaign and no multiplayer? Maybe they are hoping people buy both, one for the campaign and the other for the multiplayer?

If you can't conceive normally, why go through another pregnancy at all, and instead why not adopt? Then the child isn't either of yours genetically (so you don't feel like the kid is more hers than yours) and you can house an already existing unwanted child?

Went to see Ready Player One on Wednesday, and I really enjoyed it. I felt trepidation during the first half an hour, as they began changing stuff from the book, but after a while, I realised I didn't care - it's still a damn good film on its own. Spotting all the little references to pop culture was really good fun, especially during the final battle - such as spotting the assault rifle from Halo being used, or the chainsaw gun from Gears of War. I would give it 8/10.

Surely every company has dedicated hardware departments? They aren't just going to sit around twiddling their thumbs for 2 years after a console launch, they'll all start work on the next one straight away.
