Lol, I probably did sound a bit more harsh on the Switch version than I meant to. Basically the pro controller would be fine for me but I would never play it in handheld mode because of the d-pad so that takes away the main bonus it would have for me so I may as well play it on a console I own a fight stick for, might play a bit smoother (although who knows until it comes out) and I will still be able to play online with once the Nintendo fees start. It's gonna be interesting playing through some of these Street Fighter games again though. I haven't played the III's and Alphas since they first released.

I do think my original suggestion would be ok though, listing all the formats in a thread title even if its originally posted in the Nintendo section. Happened again today with the Street Fighter thread.

I’ll be getting it but not the Switch version. Gotta have a better dpad or my fight stick.

I've been having fun just trying to watch the match. The snow messed up the signal from Sky so for the first half I was part watching it on a tablet, part trying to fix stuff work had broken.

Did the beginner quest. Definitely much better having the game on a big screen. I feel like I can finally give it the time it would need to learn everything properly.

I think my best moment was when Nintendo finally updated the Switch so it would stop messing with the HDMI channels on Samsung tvs lol.

Think I'm coming up to the end of Yakuza Kiwami, the story is really picking up. I havent decided what to do for the next game yet. Its either play the PS2 version of 2, wait for Kiwami 2 or play 3 and watch the recap of 2 then just play Kiwami 2 when it comes out. I'm kind of interested to watch the Yakuza 1 recap now as well with the old graphics and see the differences.

I haven’t watched it yet myself but I haven’t seen too much disappointment on my twitter feed. Only complaint I’ve seen is that the Detroit stuff seemed to glorify gun violence and it was weird having people cheer it.

I think it would have been much more of an issue a year ago when we still had all the animosity and arguments but thankfully things in the Nintendo section have calmed down a lot since then.

Ah see that confused me the first time I saw it. I originally thought it was like the Splatoon test fires and those were the dates/times the beta would be active. Thats better then.

This might not be something for the suggestion thread I guess but the Nintendo section itself but I figured I would put it here first. I think it would be helpful for thread titles on multiformat games if when the thread is created in the Nintendo section first so thats where most of the discussion would be, if we could have the other formats available listed as well. It was the Romancing Saga 2 remake thread this morning that made me think about it as the title made it look like it was a Switch exclusive rather than giving all the information. Obviously not a massive issue, just something I thought would be nice to do so we are more informed. I guess it relates to threads in the other consoles section as well.

Given that other publishers wouldn't touch it you would have thought that MS or Sony could have stepped in if they wanted it. Plus neither game has sold well so its not a given that they would think it was worth it. I just think there's a difference between publishers wanting a game and fans wanting it as of course the vocal fans from those consoles would want the games.

I'm not sure if I'll buy it anyway. I absolutely love the style of the Bayonetta games which is why I've bought them multiple times over the years but I get bored of the gameplay so quickly that I've never made it past a few hours. Hopefully I'll finally just be able to say that they aren't for me and not waste my money lol.

I'm not surprised its an exclusive but I am surprised its coming out at all. Didn't 2 sell pretty poorly?
