Jim Sterling gave it an 8.5 as well. So it seems like it's generally positive. I haven't seen any media for it personally, it seems like it might be good, but hell I haven't even finished Alan Wake yet so I'll give this a pass for now. Plus between 72-80 hour work weeks and Dark Souls 3, no time for an Xbone game.

Enforced? Wouldn't the term just be forced? I pretty well agree, taking away the illusion of choice from the gamer and pushing a singular mechanic without adequate explanation is basically pure bullshit. Like games throwing in escort missions in which the enemies swarm and murder them ignoring you. Sometimes it's done well. Wind Waker and losing your sword felt like a valid reason for link to need to sneak. The Last of Us was built as an escort game and made the escorted a non issue. TLOU also allowed for the more freeform style of play. It's hard but possible to stealth a decent amount of the encounters. Similarly Dishonoured.

Still hoping for Bloodborne PC.

I need a hug.

Iunno. A lot of people that actually game still enjoy the console and real controller experience and not just the tablet experience. Of course, if the future of gaming really is just bejeweled and angry bird clones and RPGs with dodgy controls, then yeah a tablet is great for controls. I assume unit 2 meant two controllers and the other is unit 1.

Could be but I really don't think so. Looking back at the original "leak" these nubs looks slightly farther inset than before. Not that that means anything.
-
Hmm second picture the angle and the lighting shows square edges that appear as if that's where the screen ends. And the joynubstick is like 90% into the screen. Looks like a good fake.

Hmmm. 28 Days Later. I can truly watch it over and over. Honorable mentions to; Trainspotting Reservoir Dogs Pulp Fiction Inglorious Basterds Kill Bill Children of Men Smokin Aces No Country for Old Men The 5th Element Spirited Away My Neighbor Totoro Princess Mononoke Akira Sideways Super Troopers The Rescuers Down Under Who Framed Roger Rabbit Brick Poolboy 2 Drowning out the Fury. Made in a B movie style but it's absolutely hilarious. Perks of being a Wallflower. It sure was a movie. I'll never watch it again, fucked me up enough already watching once.

Hell, the old brick Gameboy wasn't exactly sleek. Of course it did fit with everything else of the time. Virtual boy certainly wasn't pretty to look at.

Looks like? It is the Vita, just with different button layouts. I just compared to mine and the shape is dead on.

Test drove a car, probably gonna buy it since it's nice and has good mileage (and I'm driving 2 hours a day commute for the next two months). Also went to a 4th grade bingo fundraiser which was a good time. Annnnnnnnd my mom was dared by people we didn't know to stand up and yell "Shake your balls" at the guy reading off the bingo numbers....Well my mom of course did. (Of note, she also once pinched Josh Gates butt soooo...) It was a fun day. Nice to have it off, 40 hours of sitting for training to work at the Nuclear Plant drained me. Training is harder work than work. It was a decent day. And I'd like to thank @ReZourceman for making this thread. I don't know why, but it just felt like a really nice and appropriate time for this thread to have popped up.

2DS? I sort of agree though. Not entirely on the durability front but on the fact that the Clamshell design is very good IMO.

Looks awful. God I hope they don't think it's acceptable for a tiny ass screen with a couple real buttons with screen around them.

8 still because shortly after starting it my PS4 decided I was only allowed to have 56k speeds over wireless and I've yet to maneuver my router to a closer area. Oddly updates download fine seemingly and it would connect to the game servers. I switched to Bloodborne instead (and managed to post online in that as well.) I'm also going to be going to overtime and night shift shortly so I'm not seeing gaining too much more, which really sucks since the group I want to play with will be hella over leveled compared to me.

<_< >_> <_< I'm more excited about PlayStation Vue than PSVR. Too rich for my blood (no camera) and VR is really cool to me tech wise, but for gaming I'm not sure I could do it.

What do you have because I know the GTX 680 can run the game acceptably at 1080p
-
Are you looking to replace the internal one or just set down a large external to use?

http://www.geek.com/games/square-enix-advertises-hitman-by-putting-blood-trails-in-girls-toilets-1649445/ Interesting choice.

Indeed it is, but it's not displaying properly. Certain areas (like a black screen) look like the right side. And I highly doubt that is something I somehow glossed over and missed when playing before.
-
If it has them I can't find them. At least they aren't inside Wii mode as that has no settings. Part of it I'm sure is just nostalgia eyes (of course even in 2011 I was playing HD games) but the dithering is new I'm sure. I can see it on text boxes even.

Replaying Skyward Sword (control frustrations stopped me beating it about 3/4 through) and just started it up on my Wii U. This is the first time I've used a Wii game on the Wii U, and I'm noticing massive amounts of dithering. Full screen dithering, it looks like ass and I'm wondering if it's a product of playing on the Wii U or just something I never noticed before. Also if there any way to tell how Wii games are being output? One would hope at least 480p. I think I may need to just switch to the Wii proper... As right now the Wii U isn't even filling the screen with the image and I have massive black bars all around.

Yeah, I can't speak from experience but I have heard from others with Fitbits that love them and haven't seem to have the issues you did. Thanks Amazon.... Though near as I can tell those are all still NTSC-U and others on Amazon say it works fine. Nothing else on the page indicates it's this version.

Twilight Princess HD got me hankering for a fun well paced Zelda. So I repurchased Skyward Sword (lent/gave my copy to my nephew no point taking it back) and a new wiimote and nunchuck. Mine were so old and to the point of failure sadly. I also bought The Last Story because I really should have sooner. I only played a little (of a fan translated Japanese copy) since it was before the western release was announced. And fuck why don't Nintendo games ever drop in price?! What other first party game from 4-5 years ago is still full price??

Got me curious so I looked up what Suda51 is up to (came across his Twitter, he went a Platinum Games party which is cool, because holy shit Platinum is 10 years old now...) and found Let it Die....a free to play hack and slash with a mobile companion app that's meant to be integral it sounds like. So...in short Furi depressed me.

Looks pretty awesome and gives a Suda51 vibe. I'm not much for bullet hells though.
