Actually...that's not far off what I have when I don't have porridge. Today I had scrambled egg and cumberland sausage for breakfast. Celery, cucumber and carrot stick pot with guacamole and a couple boiled eggs. I have about 15g of almonds to snack on...and then I have a massive blowout for dinner where I basically carb stomp myself.

The only thing I wish was different is that the whole fighting the cure bit was a bit more pro-active. You kind of just sit there and wait to lose, occasionally scrambling your DNA.

Yeah, infect everyone, devolve EVERY symptom. Make sure you are as drug resistant as possible. Play the long game. Save up DNA points until you can go instantly lethal with added Paranoia symptom. It should be breezy.

Yeah, I fucking love Plague Inc. I had it on my phone first but I'm never really in the mood to play on small screens. I'm currently on the third plague, the fungus. The first time I infected everyone and then when I went lethal I couldn't do it fast enough and a cure was found. The second time I made sure I was hard to cure and jumped the gun when I went lethal before infecting everyone in the world and literally 20,000 odd people survived as the rest of the global population died and took my beloved killer fungus with it. Third time lucky.

Yesterday I benched... 100kg for 5 105kg for 3 110kg for 2 112.5kg for 1 115 kg for 1 ...And then 60kg for 18 reps. Ha. Pretty pleased with that considering I've been on a cut for the past three months. No idea what body fat % I am. I'm going to guess 12%.

Saw this on the weekend. I really enjoyed it. As for continuity...whatever. And Magneto getting away with directly killing...a lot of people. And then just having a friendly chat with Xavier at the end...I'm just going to ignore that.

For a first episode I thought Top Gear was pretty good. Loved Matt LeBlanc. Chris Evans was a bit OTT but anything is better than that vile toss-head cunt Clarkson. Every show is going to have teething problems and I'm sure this will hit its groove in time. As for The Grand Tour (awful title), it's on a fucking awful streaming service. Once my Prime runs out, there's no chance I'm renewing it.

Rebirth... It's absolutely... Fucking... Stunning. I'm honestly still coming to terms with what I just read this morning. It's DC at its best. And the meta-textual stuff is sublime. And now one of my favourite characters has arrived.

Warner Bros has finally set up a DC Films studio. It was blinding stupid not having this structure in place. WB have done this with their games, animation and television, why it took them so long to do dedicate a studio to their films is beyond me.
