  1. Second Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince trailer. Looks great, apart from that akward bit of "comedy" at the end. Also, the trailer voice over guy made a mistake by saying, "this year"
  2. Started playing this yersterday, and completed it earlier. Not a very memorable game in my opinion but it had some decent moments. I didn't notice any problems with my cursor during the shooting sections (they were my favourite sections in the game btw!) but the Wii remote wasn't very responsive for me in some situations such as the Resident Evil 4 type fights, and just like No More Heroes, the city could of had more civillans and atmosphere. Here are my final stats : Game-time - 07:57:40 Battle-time - 01:32:04 (I'm guessing this is the amount of time I was in shooting-mode?) Enemy Kill Ratio - 95.5% Accuracy - 70.9% Battle Points 207613 Clever Shots - 10 Head Shots - 208 Max Combo - 202 Unrescued Casualties - 8 (Woops!) Overall Rating - Good
  3. Yay! Great news. A longer series than the last aswell hopefully. Also, anyone else think the BBC are miliking Top Gear a bit too much nowadays? Everywhere I go, there are hundreds of Top Gear books on the shelves and most of them are aimed at children. There's even toy sets, posters and T-shirts!
  4. Seraphim Falls Huge disappointment. Hardly any plot or dialogue with very little to keep you engrossed. What a waste of Brosnan and Neeson's time and from reading other reviews I don't think anyone know's what the ending was about.
  5. Just been cleaning my nunchunks. God, they get filthy easily. Over the last few weeks, I've been playing Wario Land and House of the Dead, and now I'm playing Disaster along with Tetris Party. Shall probably complete Disaster very soon, but doubt I'll go back to it, but I'll probably keep it as I have a feeling this could be a rare game in the future. Tetris Party is awesome, and it'll keep me going over the next weeks, along with the weekly 12 player Mario Kart sessions. Don't plan on buying anymore games before Christmas, so I may go back to Wii Fit next month, so I can loose some calories for Christmas and I still need to finish Okami, Super Mario RPG and playing as Luigi on Galaxy.
  6. Just ordered Enchanted on DVD from HMV for £4.99.
  7. Noticed yeterday that in the GAME Christmas catalogue that it stated that GH4 was being released from Nov 7th, so it looks like this is true. Maybe there is some manufacturing problem with the drums?
  8. I haven't seen any Guitar Hero drum kits listed sepreately online yet...
  9. Regarding Henry Great performance from Harrison Ford here, but it's a rather 'casual' film about someone who lose's their memory and has to re-learn everything. Could have been better and more in-depth, but some good moments. Who Framed Roger Rabbit Only ever seen bits of this on Telly before, so this was my first viewing of the film with a unique style. Not as funny as I imagined it to be, possibly because it's aimed towards a mature audience mailny, but the cameos from all the Disney and Warner Bros are great, along with the adult humour. "I've loved you more than any woman's ever loved a rabbit." Notes on a Scandal A rather good British film which is very satisfying and well made with oustanding performances. Cate Blanchett Oh how I wish I was that 15 year old boy who had an affair with her.
  10. Wii version here aswell. Shall be getting it on release, but I'm keeping it till Christmas so that I'll have something to do over the festive holidays.
  11. I'm very intrigued now. Will defintley buy if I can find it at under £20 somehow. Also, Daydream Believer ftw!
  12. Ordered : £9.84 per series at The Hut.
  13. I stayed at EasyHotel last time I visted London. £25 per night if you book quite a bit in advance. Link
  14. The Sarah Connor Chronichles Season 1 Amazing! A great spin off for once, and many nice homages to the film series. Some great moments and genuine characters to care for. Shame it was only 9episode's long and ended like it did. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the episode where we see Derek Reese's "flashbacks". 9.5/10
  15. Drivers who drive at 40mph or less in national speed limit zones but who speed through 30mph zones. Drivers who overtake you on the dual carriageway and then squeeze in between yourself and the car in front, meaning you have to suddenly slow down. Drivers who don't indicate on roundabouts or when exiting dual carriageways. This always results in me swearing out aloud or flashing them. Drivers who tailgate you in 30mph zones, which makes one feel pressured to go faster.
  16. I have never watched a full episode of the X Factor since it began. May watch a bit of the James Bond special they will be screening in a few weeks. Apparently Amy Winehouse's Quantum of Solace theme is being performed. I'll be watching it when it airs on S4C friday. Apparently Paul McCartney is rumoured to be appearing.
  17. Chuck Season 1 Found it to very hit and miss actually. Some episode's were pretty decent but others were very boring. Enjoyed the scene's set at BuyMore very much as they had a 40 Year Old Virgin feel to them, but the 'serious' scene's felt like they were ripped from The OC or One Tree Hill, which I hated, as I found myself just looking around my room during these moments. Didn't particualry warm to any of the characters either, especially not Ellie or Morgan and there was much less humour and geek refrences included in the series than I had anticipated.
  18. A Animal Crossing and Wii Speak bundle has appeared on Play.com http://www.play.com/Games/Wii/4-/7736058/Animal-Crossing-Let-Go-To-The-City/Product.html R.R.P is £59.99 and they are selling it at £49.99. They are also selling Wii Speak on it's own at £32.99.
  19. Yooooooooow, Kelly Clarkson! Maybe it's the dancing? Or possible the fact that my group of friends are mainly girls, thus other females may think I swing the other way. If only one lived at Ballymena
  20. Sadly, my antics on the dancefloor didn't end up with my getting 'lucky'...
  21. Are Capcom doing some-sort of unoffical Players Choice/Budget range on the Wii? Zack and Wiki, Resident Evil 4 and The Umbrella Chronichles are available to pre-order at £14.99 (R.R.P £19.99) on Play.com Link
  22. I love Family Guy, but have only seen the odd episode when it was shown late on BBC2 earlier in the year. When the DVD's come down in price to £9.99 or less I shall buy.
  23. Shyamalan Mulls Unbreakable Sequel
