  1. We got them in a few weeks ago. Very nice indeed, but not enough large chips in the packet! True, they used to be a pound or so when they once hit the market, but now they are £2:00 + everywhere! Ridiculous. They are nice, but I find that if you over or under cook them, you may taste a "soapy" substance while eating.
  2. Defend your castle on WiiWare, 500 points. Crazy fun! Voldemort bust. Photo doesn't give it justice. Looks great!
  3. To my left, we have an eldery old man living with his dog. We have nicknamed them Wallace and Gromit, as he was always going on about inventing things and the dog goes everywhere with him. Recently we haven't heard much from him, but a neighbour further down the street told my mum that he had threatened to kill him if he "bothered" him again, and that he wouldn't mind going to jail as he would get three square meals a day there, and wouldn't have to cook ever again. To our right, lives a couple in their late 50's who are quite nosey, and who my mum doesn't like very much, after arguing about parking spaces. They (the couple) row frequently and when they go away on holiday their young grandaughter brings the latest boyfriend over for sex. No idea if this happens in their bed or in another room....
  4. 2 x front row tickets, to see Jeff Green in September.
  5. John, Paul, George and Ringo.
  6. Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince trailer Looks pretty serious. Less happens in this book and there's not as many set-pieces, so hopefully they can concentrate on giving us a good adaptation.
  7. Wall-E Cute, funny, clever, emotional and beautiful. I loved it,but it wasn't as epic as some people made out it was. Had watery eye's throughout many scene's too 8.9/10
  8. I use my MySpace as a photo-hosting website. Facebook is just great. You can 'waste' a lot of time just looking on people's profile's, checking the latest status updates, reading wall posts and participating in the never ending film quiz!
  9. 19" Panasonic EDTV with a Scart cable.
  10. Would Dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix be a rare game? Couldn't find any PAL versions on eBay and the cheapest on Amazon Marketplace is £40.
  11. What was the first film you ever saw at the cinema? When I was young, the cinema seemed like a scary place, mainly due to the fact that our local one looked appaling, dirty and scary, and I was somewhat scared of the dark. Due to this, I never had the guts to go there, and missed out on seeing the likes of Jurassic Park, The Lion King and Toy Story on the big screen. Finally found the courage in 1996 (when I was 9 years old!) to go and see Space Jam, and it was a great experience from what I can remember, as I was a huge Looney Tunes fan and seeing live action married with CGI was new. So that was my first cinema experience, what was yours?
  12. Our flag is pretty darn cool (not keen on the colours myself though) but still a dragon would look silly on the Union Jack. Then again, I suppose they could make it intresting and try and incorporate it into a 'Where's Wally" style game if it was ever placed there
  13. Well I'm not too sure about my father's side of the family, but as far as I'm aware, (yep you've guessed it!) I'm 100% Welsh, born and bred.
  14. Happy 22nd Birthday
  15. Hell yeah! I have a better camera this time too, and as it's Summer, and extra excuse to go out.
  16. Recived a base starter deck one Christmas and was one of the first at school to have the cards. Didn't really understand them then, which meant my first trade was trading a shiny Alakazam for a common Pikachu but soon after I became quite the expert, and was probably the most knowledgable in the 'subject' in my year at school. Collected Base, Fossil, Jungle, Promotional and Team Rocket cards. Completed all the set's apart from Jungle and got quite a few promo cards too. Started on the Gym Leaders cards, but it was around that time that people lost intrest in the cards. Think I also got all the Topps Animated series cards aswell. My claim to fame was owning 3 Dark Raichu's Anyone remember when Warner Bros Stores and Woolworths held Pokemon Trading card events, where you could meet-up with other collectors and trade cards etc. They were quite awesome, as you'd end up spending the rest of the day with your new 'friends', but if the organisers found out you where there unsupervised you'd get kicked out lol! The cards were a great social tool, as in our village a gang of us would travel on our bikes to neighbouring village to trade cards with other people, which resulted in us making new friends. God, I miss those days very much
  17. Some pictures from 'Parys Mountain', the old copper mine which is situated next to my village. Never explored it before, and it's been on my doorstep for 21+ years!
  18. Was meant to be seeing Dark Knight tomorrow night, but my friend wants to be back for Big Brother, and as the local cinema is 2 county's away and due to the long running time, we aren't going anymore. Will see it on Bargain Tuesday along with Wall-E methinks. Full days at the cinema ftw!
  19. Meh. Went on a date last week, which went very well, and have been texting and MSN-ing with her often since, but just recived this e-mail from her :- Slightly upset as I was looking forward to seeing her again and was hoping for a Summer girlfriend:red:, ah well. She dumped him about 2 months ago and was going on about how horrible he treated her. She must not like nice guys
  20. Ye, had a fun time. Was a bit shy with some of the guests at first, as it was my first con, but I got the hang of things eventually. This will probably become a yearly thing for me now.
  21. If I'm having chips with something at home, it's in the form of Smilies, Fritters or Alphabites. Sounds childish I know, but regular oven chips have always tasted vile to me, and I don't like to fry chips that often.
  22. Just a small amount of pics from my adventures in London :- Paul Freeman a.k.a Belloq in Raiders of the Lost Ark David Anders!! Peter Davison And something Nintendo related, a girl in her Zelda cosplay costume
  23. In London at the moment at a hotel in Earls Court, after searching a good hour for it. Beem to the Dr Who expo this afternoon which was pretty cool and done a bit of shopping. Was thinking of going to see Wall-E, but £10.80 to see it, while I can see it back home for £5?!? I don't think so! Going to the London Film and Comic Convention tomorrow and Sunday, so that's the main reason I'm down, so if anyone else is going, come say "hi" And no offence to you folk who live in the capital, but you're McDonalds's do louzy meals here and why do none of you say "thanks" or smile at you when you do them a favour.
