Ugh. Not getting into it elaborately, I could go back and post my opinions on all episodes, I'm just going to say I was really disappointed with season 3 of Discovery overall. Seeing the lack of posts here, I suspect this is the general feeling here? In short: the writers are bad. Really bad. Such a shame, because I was really looking forward to season 3. I really liked the idea of Discovery into the far future. It started interesting.. I also really liked the idea of a collapsed Federation. In theory I really like the idea of a season story arc, and I think it's actually a necessity for modern audiences in general. But the writers are simply so bad at it, it may be better to simply go back to episodic storytelling. Pacing was all over the place this season, and they don't treat their characters properly. They don't know what to do with existing characters, and they unnecessarily introduce new chartacters, without doing anything interesting with them. The season finale (well, the whole 3-parter I guess) was a cobbled up mess of various elements they sprinkled throughout the season, but brought together in an incoherent way. There were various ideas I did like.. They were just poorly executed. Some specific stuff (spoilers): Source of the burn was plain dumb. Dylithium probem was not something they should have fixed in the 13 available episodes Osyra (well, a lot of characters, most characters really), was wasted. they shouldn't have killed her off unceremoniously. The mirror episodes were the worst of the mirror episodes I've seen. And they spend 2 episodes getting rid of a character in order to set up a new spin-off, but this is devastating to the pacing of this show. Those are just some of the issues I had.

They're working on a EU (Dutch) warehouse, to bring shipping costs down. No idea if they'll realize that before this game ships, but then again, it's going to be a while before this game ships.

I checked that one, but clicked it away once I saw they reduced a microscope to a mere phone accessory. I'd love a specialized microscope for photography purposes, but it would be be a pure niche hobby, so unless a big bag of money drops out of the sky.. I did like the look of this one, but didn't elaborately check.

I got this for Christmas, and since it's a gift, I'm not going to complain about it too much, but it does confirm for me that I'd have never bought it myself, even being the fan and collector that I am. My biggest disappointment with it though, the one thing that I expected from it at least, is the lack of an alarm. The current and only use for me is that I occasionally check it for the time when I'm watching Netflix or something, so I don't have to alt-tab out of it. It's fun seeing all the little events. But that's pretty much it.

I watched Equinox this weekend. I urge you not to make the same mistake.

The art you can just google. Google the in-game name, and you'll get a result which shows you what the painting should look like, and what the fakes are. You can check the pictures and trading thread, unlike turnips, there are still a few of us regularly posting when Redd is in town amongst other things. Redd is one of the few visitors which is useful to other players. That dynamic painting is real by the way, it has no fake. If you also collect fakes, I have some spares if you want. I don't think I have spare real art. Yeah, you can check your catalogue (on your phone). Art is also listed there. Though it doesn't specify whether it's real or fake. Assuming you actually donate all the real art you get, this will be a complete list of art you have collected.

What was your hardest banana to get (yes, I purposely phrased it that way)? I found the mechanical fish thing or whatever it was, you have to hit 3 targets behind a propellor, to be the hardest. It was the 2nd to last babana for me to get, but couldn't do it, and it was annoying to retry. Left the game for years after that I believe.. Until I finally tried again, and found out there was some kind of trick to it.

I was about to return with all hats, but he already closed. I got 2 spare sets of hats. Anyway, 't was fun. Next year I'll make sure my island is clean so I can organize a proper fireworks show!
