  1. I did a straight 13 hour stint on Ocarina of Time once before and a 9 hour stint straight on Majoras Mask as well. Other long stints include Smackdown vs RAW 2007 (8 hours), Soul Calibur II (6 hours) and Tetris (5 hours)
  2. Work was ok today i guess, glad it was my last day in this week nice long weekend ahead, was a nightmare of a day as it has been all week. At least i can rest before my pub crawl tomorrow.
  3. The only movies i know him from are Point Blank, Ghost and Dirty Dancing of which he was great in all of them, best wishes go out to him to recover, and as Intensity said it would be a great shame to lose another great actor.
  4. These following things really annoy me People who play music loud enough on headphones so you can hear People who don't understand how to argue, and just insist they are correct, without giving a reason People who use "gay" as an expletive (i'm talking to one of them right now) People who consistently attempt to change my mind to suit themselves. Senior Citizens (yes, the same people who want us to be more mannerful and polite but they are not themselves.) Big Headed People Bullies People who speak in a language i don't get (slang, text talk etc. WTF is shizzle??) People who get in the way Chavs/Emos/Goths who are all that Aggressive Drivers Drunks who think they are all it and attempt to attack me People who are persistent in thinking they are right and i am wrong People who keep on about the same thing time and time again. And thats about it for now
  5. Video must be a fake, i can only hope really. If it was real, then that is cruel to do that to an animal even if it is already dead or worse, alive. I did laugh at it once though, and i mean only once. Showed it to a few mates and they were laughing as well, then i showed it to a girl who nearly cried.
  6. Work was good, except for the shop floor guys and planning getting on my nerves and winding me up to a point where i nearly exploded with anger. Finished all my work with a few problems which were all solved. The get home to discover that Amazon sent out 2 copies of 7800 Fahrenheit and the One Voice CD, even though i asked for One Voice and 1 copy of 7800 Fahrenheit, made me laugh a bit.
  7. Agreed, and it will most likely be EA or possibly Ubisoft. Wonder what EA would do if they got their mits on the Tomb Raider license, repetitive sequel after sequel and she would feature in sports titles as well most likely.
  8. Looks interesting, and like Shorty said looks a little mac inspired as well. Parts of it do look strangely familiar with mac. Still, be worth a look if it gets a release.
  9. March begins my next sit-com month, this month - Men Behaving Badly Men Behaving Badly Series 3 Episode 2 This series of MBB is the series that took it into the next level after 2 mediocre series on ITV. This episode i watched has Tony attempting to fix a fence on a windy night to much failure, plus this contains plenty of adult humour. 8/10 for this episode. Next week, begins my viewing of series 1 and series 2.
  10. I had a good day yesterday. Started off with getting up early at 8:30am which is unusual for me really on a Saturday. Pity it was 1st March which is a bad day for my family these days, 2 years since the passing of my mothers mother (my nan). Spent the morning keeping my mother company and went for a visit to the cemetery with my uncle and mum. Afternoon was spent watching Reservoir Dogs round with a few mates and a few cans. Evening was a lot different than the daytime, the original plan was for me, rob, andy nd linzi to play snooker and chill out down the club with a few pints and music, of which it started off as planned in the snooker room, 3 games played i won 2 of them. Then came the difference, she wanted to go to the measure with 5 blokes who she knew so she told them she would only go if i went with her, and they agreed. Went up there, she went to the bar and me into the lounge where i met a few old mates and caught up with things with them, took a few hours and drank a few pints in the process. Then came the moments she was thankful i was there, these blokes she came with had all became drugged up and were demanding that they take her home, they had moved into the lounge where i was so i could hear everything that was going on and so could everyone else. She got scared i think, and asked me to take her home at the end of the night of which i agreed to do so. By then, these guys who were all demanding and all started threatening me and demanding that they take her home, 3 of them gave up and left but 1 of them wouldn't quit and kept threatening me on the way home. I nearly beat him up because of the threats but was being held back by linzi because she didn't want to see me get hurt as he was carrying a blade. So from the last hour until i got her home, she was holding onto me and making them think me and her were a couple of which i was going along with it. And all on the way home, this one lad kept threatening me but then gave up and went home. And so did we. And now today, being a Sunday it is the day where i chill out all day and as today is Mothers Day the usual cards, chocolates and wine was given out. Currently chilling on MSN, planning on watching a movie later on as well and i don't know what to watch either. Oh, and i woke up this morning and hucked up a huge orangy red blob, think i may have a cold.
  11. The Brittas Empire Series 6 The sixth series of the Leisure Center sitcom starring Chris Barrie. This series sees Gordon Brittas come back from the dead built up from the ground up and ruining an Olympic torch ceremony by electrocuting everyone. 9/10 The Brittas Empire Series 7 The 7th and final series starring Chris Barrie as Gordon Brittas as a Leisure Centre manager who never gets things right. This series sees bungee jumping into manure, potato powered lilo, and a completely computerized leisure centre which goes all pear shaped. 8.5/10
  12. Bought my mother a card, bottle of wine and some chocolate truffles. Of which she loves all three things.
  13. Last night was a good night, got a little pissed but that is all in the spirit of fun really. Should have eaten some food before going out, regretted it earlier. Today has been a good day so far, watched Reservoir Dogs round a mates with a few cans. Tonight could be a good night again, this time i shall eat something before going out.
  14. Reservoir Dogs Need i say anymore than this is a brilliant movie, with great gory moments. 10/10
  15. In the big gaming world, if you shift away all the rubbish and remove the debris, then the remains are all the great games to play, which sometimes can be hard to find amongst all the rubbish. 2007 was a good year for gaming, and 2008 is shaping up well so far.
  16. This does look like quite a good move by Sony, but honestly who will have the time to spend in this sort of world. Most people buy consoles to play games on, but there will be a few people who will spend a lot of time in this world. If Sony did this right, then it would have mass appeal for a while then it would slowly ease off to a steady number of users using this.
  17. Octopussy Another outing fro Roger Moore as 007, this time he sets out to stop a nuclear warhead from exploding. Great movie, some great humour which is typical 007 humour throughout. This movie gets a healthy 9/10
  18. I still reckon that we may see Goldeneye get a release on Live, only because MS will shove lots of money Activisions way and get it that way. And also, Ninty don't give two hoots about the great Rare back-catalogue then, MS could once again win and get all these released on Live as well. Ninty had a chance to get one over MS but decided against it in the end
  19. I'm known for the following Being Cocky and Fluky (usually in Snooker and Pool) Not hitting anyone until they hit me first Caring Supportive Humorous Lovable (apparently) Good to mates Being a Bon Jovi fan Having a little facial hair under lip
  20. Rocky Watched this last night as i hadn't seen it in a while, and i can still see why it won awards back in 1978. Watching the training montage when no-one knew who Sly Stallone was back then, one of the market guys threw him an orange of which he caught and looked confused, made it look like it was staged but it wasn't. Nice story to it, which of course was written by Sly himself. 10/10 and it had a great ending to it as well.
  21. I did lose my wallet once when i was 17 on the train, it had my student card in and about £30. Nothing else valuable was in there. Luckely on the way home from town, i got onto the exact same train i lost my wallet on and found it under the seat where i sat on the way into town.
  22. I haven't had many fights in my life, mostly because i don't like them that much. When they do happen, i never strike until i am struck myself, that way i can claim it as self defense after he has struck at me. Last fight i had, i was punched in the face by this one lad of about 19. I shook it off, and asked him had he finished yet, of which he replied no and attemped to strike again. By that time, i had grabbed his arm in mid-swing and punched him in the face breaking his nose at the same time, also dislocated his shoulder. He never messed with me again.
