  1. Yes! My arm hurts like hell sometimes after playing this. It's great fun, however, I am really pissed at the Wii Remote; sometimes it's just stuck, it responds badly at times and it's too hard to throw a medium ball. Some of the levels are frustrating too (especially those where you have to do something before a certain time, or where you have to throw balls at 193 enemies coming from all angles), the camera is in a bad angle for some levels, and no zooming? Still, it's a bit too easy to get gold on every level. I haven't tried the Master Challenges though, but for now I have gold on 95 % of the levels. It's original and should be sold with every Wii, though.
  2. So, does the WiiWare-update block the Freeloader?
  3. Yah, I know, but I thought that Play.com could contact the publisher. Oh well. The disc is fine, nothing but minor scratches. I wouldn't say it's horrible, they do give refunds and new articles and whatnot. Thanks anyway, guys.
  4. I want to send an email to Play.com regarding some problems they have. I have several times received an item where the disc was not securely stuck in its socket, which has resulted in some minor scratches, and I want Play.com to know that, however, I cannot find an email address to them on the site, so I was wondering if any of you know it or anything?
  5. There are stages that aren't so good. Rumble Falls for example, but that might just be me not liking moving stages like that. It's better than Icicle Mountain, though.
  6. How do you unlock Tetris: Type B music? On the Dojo, it says "Unlock Luigi's Mansion stage", but I haven't got the music although I have the stage (and type A).
  7. I hate that mode. It pisses me off, it's too long! And the loading times in Classic Modes are putting me off playing it. I'm quite impatient.
  8. The loading times. They're awfully long in my opinion.
  9. I'm tempted to use a hammer now. XD
  10. Has anyone done the Cruel Brawl challenge, i.e. defeating five of them? OH MY GOD IT'S DIFFICULT! They send you flying off the screen with as little as 5 %, it's insanity! I have been able to keep up, though. My record is 4 with Lucario, I found his counter (down+B) very effective. Same with Marth and Ike. It's cruel, I tell you. Cruel!
  11. I've had my Wii since launch but haven't got any error messages par from one, where it tried to load Brawl without the Freeloader. Hope it stays that way.
  12. I find Classic Mode a bit boring, actually. Maybe because of the unrandomness, you talk about (which I've seen too) or maybe because it's too long. The target smash you get depends on the difficulty you play at, Gizmo. E.g. on Normal, you get 2 and 3, on Easy you get 1 and 2 and so forth. I haven't unlocked Jigglypuff, Toon Link and Wolf yet, but haven't beaten SSE; I have just begun 'The Great Maze'-level. Online won't work for me, at least not random online. I only have one friend that stands as "Registered" on my list, so haven't tried Friend-battles.
  13. I believe Codejunkies will send an update too then.
  14. I just walk around humming the main theme constantly. XD
  15. That's wrong. I got Sonic before I got Lucario, and Lucario showed up after 100 VS Matches. I hadn't beaten Classic with 10 characters, we were only playing VS Mode.
  16. I love Lucario! He's so awesome! Although he sometimes do something weird like turning around unexpectedly or something like that. Heh. Probably just me. His Final Smash is strong too. I like Pit too, although he somewhat lacks some strong, finishing blows. 50 % through SSE now, doing it mostly for the cutscenes, which are awesome.
  17. Does online work for you guys? I mean the "Anyone"-option where you battle random people? I can't find anyone to connect with. I haven't tried online out apart from spectator-mode, which by the way works fine but it's too random (you never know where to put your money).
  18. Omg! With a mate, I couldn't even get it past 2,000 ft. >___< I like the game, although the SSE can be a bit dragged out. Do it mostly for the cutscenes (which are awesome) and for easily unlocking characters. I am also amased of how different this is to Melee. The characters drop so slowly; it must be way easier to be a newbie at the game and still have fun against a professional. Me like. Skipped class today because of it. Won't do that tomorrow. Heh.
  19. Wuu, got my copy today, been playing with a friend since then. My FC is 3050-7388-7979, add me.
  20. I don't know if I have anything that isn't RGB. Well, we'll see about that next week. Geez, so much trouble, but I guess it's worth it for playing Brawl in the Easter holiday.
  21. Frick! I haven't got the standard AV-cable anymore. >_<
  22. So, to work around that red-with-the-RGB-cable, you have to go back to the standard cable? Fair enough, I could never really see the difference between them. Whew, had me worried there.
  23. Heh. I got Zelda: Phantom Hourglass from VGP.ca; it was shipped a Wednesday evening my time (afternoon in Canada) and it was in my mailbox Saturday. I hope that's the case with Brawl too, as my Freeloader now has been shipped and should arrive tomorrow. If my PH-experience is anything to go by, I should have it Monday. Won't keep my hopes up, though, as I will be VERY disappointed if it does not turn up. So I expect it to arrive next Wednesday if shipped tonight/today.
  24. What was that now? Hm. Does most people not use RGB-cable? Surely, we would have heard if many had those problems?
  25. I have just bought mine from VGP.ca today for 58 CAD ~ £29. I bought my Freeloader from a Danish site, but I think £9.99 is the standard price for it. So. I should get this early next week! Yay!
