Okay, so I understood it correctly, it seems. Nice.
-
What does that mean? That you can teach multiple Pokémon the same TM?
-
I'll buy it but not right away. I liked The Conduit, but it really lacks offline multiplayer (my Wii can't connect to the internet where I live so after beating the main story, it got a bit boring). But I enjoyed playing a shooting game on the Wii that wasn't set in WWII or something similar which is what COD and others really lack.

I think Cera is perfect for the role. I am very excited to see how he manages, but unfortunately the movie doesn't premiere here in Denmark before 14th October, which is a bit long to wait. I hadn't seen the trailer that was posted here but it looks like it is quite true to the books, which is definitely a good thing. Does anyone know how many of the books they're cramming into the film? It looks like it might be one too many, I'd rather if they'd split it up in two films. Anyway, just finished reading the sixth, gave me some good laughs and I think it concluded the story quite well. I might have to read them again, though, as some details might have gone over my head; they are a bit confusing at times, I think. Also, €8 for each book is a tad expensive.

Same here. I remember some glimpses of the game but I don't remember any levels or anything. I don't even know if I ever got to the final boss.
-
I've heard it comes out along with the film: ~14th August. I find it funny that they have made it so fight oriented. In the comics, Scott only fights Ramonas evil exes and a ninja. Romona fights a couple of others, though. I'd by it if I ever get the opportunity, though, it looks fun. Wonder if Gideon'll be in it?

Oh, thanks. So, 441 times. That's not bad considering how many times I died on the last stage.
-
I finally did it! Took me about 100 tries to get the last one. Where do you see how many times you've died during the game? The message on the message board just said total play time (which was about 29 hours).
-
Just do the Melty Monsters second star again and again (the one where you have to roll at high speed as Rock Mario). By just dying over and over again at the end of the level I got 1800 star bits in just 15 minutes.

Damn! I keep getting to the very last part and up to the boomerang bros, but then I get hit by the one hammer I didn't see. They are black on a dark blue background so they are hard to see (bad excuse!). Nah, I know, it's always my own fault. But I'm getting better, as I said, I always get to the very last part now. Will definitely do it tomorrow.

I'm at the last star too and just spent about 35 lives trying and failing. The first three parts are not hard at all and what I find really annoying is that you have to do them over and over again, because you just die at the fourth or (God forbid!) the fifth part. Really, it's not that hard, it's just unforgiving. I have a question, though: do you have to kill all the monsters in that last part in order to make the star appear or is it enough to just kill the boomerang guys?
-
It's much better and actually I find it much more fun than collecting the 120 stars.

On that particular level, yes, I had those problems too. It seems that the roundness of the level is causing some troubles here, I would assume. Other than that I haven't experienced (or tried for that matter) what you also describe.

[SPOILERS!!] The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
MindFreak replied to Dante's topic in Nintendo Gaming
Exactly! And the pants, too. By the way, SS Link? Either a ship or a nazi. Funny stuff. -
120 stars get. Just beated Bowser again. It's a boring final boss, I must say.

Hmm. Why was I under the impression that

I'm 88 stars in and haven't found this the least bit difficult yet. Sure, some levels required a few attempts and some of comets are tricky, but they aren't really difficult? But nevertheless, I like the game. I am a bit confused about the green stars you talk about but that must be something you get after completing the game. I am at the beginning of World 6 and have got every star up till then bar two - one hidden and one comet which both haven't appeared on my map yet. I like the map as well and like ... I also find it tedious that I go to Spaceship Mario after each star, but I can live with that.

That trailer was hilarious!
-
So when is it?? Gamespot says 10 AM whilst Gametrailers say 10.30 AM.
-
That's what I meant with boring - I didn't find it fun to do the same thing over and over again. Often it was way too easy and the only reason for failure was that you sometimes accidentally hit a colour-thing so your colours got messed up.
-
God, the guy playing sucks. But no, I won't pick this up. The balance board mode is not what keeps me playing this and although it might be a slightly better Tetris experience, I already play too much Tetris.
-
Then I'll say don't buy it. It is awfully boring and the stages are far too big when you have to colour everythin. The idea is good, though. (Bought it for less than £5 a while ago so I don't feel upset about losing my money.)
-
That's funny! Because the next Mario game is Galaxy. In space. Spaced out Mario! Funny stuff... Sorry. Well, I like this game quite much! I have just entered World 8 and got all Star Coins and Secret Goals on the way, so I have spent a lot of time with the game. 15 hours or probably more. However, the multiplayer is a bit boring. Sure, I laughed a couple of times but nothing special. Have only played 2 player, though, one sitting with a good player and another sitting with a not so good player.

Having just bought the game, I am three hours in, and I find it amusing but nothing more. Just 30 minutes into the game I thought "This is kinda repetitive", and it hasn't changed. The "Bloddbath challenges" are kinda fun but nothing more. I easily get bored with the main course and just smack the enimies until I have enough points to go to the boss, which is the only real challenging part of the game. It's really stylic and all, but it really lacks variety and a meaning.
