I got the update this morning. Just to let you know.

Here in Denmark, von Trier's remarks are a sensation. It takes up so much time on the news. However, yesterday someone actually explained what the man meant! He was joking, yes (the famous Danish irony) but he actually meant that he liked the grand architecture and ideas of Nazi Germany, hence mentioning Albert Speer. The Susanne Bier-jokes were a bit awkward but the point was that he actually thought he was a jew for very many years and then he found out that he wasn't, which he didn't like because being jew was a big part of his identity. Well. The jokes were terrible and oddly placed. What was he asked since he went down that trail? Oh, Kirsten Dunst was fantastisc fun!

I think we shall hear a splendid speech about how well the 3DS has done compared to any other system and we shall hear about new games for the 3DS and Café but there will be almost no games for the Wii. The Wii games are handled in a video approximately 4.15 minutes long. The rest of the show is an introduction to the Café, hopefully it gets a better name, and not nearly everything will be revealed about it.

I've used the route just before Twist Mountain (and leading up to that tower with ghost Pokémon) with quite some luck but the Audinos there are only level 27-29 so they might be a bit weak if you're at the eighth gym.

My team is: Excadrill (72) Liligant (73) Emolga (74) Victini (75) Hydreigon (69) Samurott (72) Which seemed to be an okay level for battling Elite 4 again. Is there anything to do AFTER the second Elite 4 beatup?

I've just beat the Elite 4 for the second time now! Woo! The two Elite 4 on the left side were quite challenging and the last two were easy. The Champion got me down to one Pokémon but mine was quicker and KO'ed the other so I won!

I'd like to make some changes to my team but that would the changes require a Deino with Dark Pulse (or that would at least be awesome!). Does anyone have one they could trade to me? I can offer an Emolga-egg or an Oshawatt-egg or just about any White exlusive Pokémon.

The only thing I know of Green Lantern is from the Justice League cartoons but that preview actually looks decent! Will probably watch it.

So, got a Leafeon. Don't want to waste more time on the game. Would've liked Espeon, but you can breed the critter, can't you? Maybe it won't have the special ability but you'll still be able to get all evolutions that way. Also, how do you get to the dream world once it opens in Europe?

I disagree. Of course there should be SOME superpowers in action, otherwise it would be kind of a boring movie but it doesn't have to be the focus of the film. I loved The Incredibles (and still do) but that is mainly because of the plot: that superheroes are no longer allowed to use their powers so we see them struggling in every day life in stead. I think that kind of dilemma is interesting and I wish more directors would take that path. It also made Spiderman 2 quite a bit more interesting that Peter Parker lost his powers.

Question: My Lilligant can't get confused due to its ability. It can learn Petal Dance that leaves the user confused. Will my Lilligant be confused by Petal Dance?

Yeah, 11 balls don't sound as much. I met a Metang somewhere in the game and even though it had like.. 3 HP left I used 21 ultra balls, two Dusk balls, one quick ball and one more something ball, and I didn't get it! I ran out of balls at that time so I killed it and bought some more balls. Then I went back to get a legendary but on the way I met Metang again and tried to catch it. This time it only took 4 Ultra balls. I was pissed! Finally found TM29. Been waiting for it for some time but now my Victini's perfect! I think about changing my Gurdurr (if I can't evolve it) with a Lucario but I really want to keep my team Gen V without mixing it with older Pokémon. Just because they are quite cool.

I've won early access to an event here in Copenhagen where we can go play the 3DS 1.5 hours before the public is let in. I look forward to it. It's here at 3 PM.

I'll soon get my sixth badge but I've made some very resent changes to my team so I am levelling two Pokémon up to around lvl 30 (from respectively lvl 15 and 1). My team is:

Why do all of you say that about Audino? I've only battled ONE Audino in the 10 hours I've spent on the game and I've only seen the grass rastle once. You make it seem like it happens all the time.

Yeah, I am. I like the type-combination and it's a great fire-type - way better than Pansear anyway. So for the time being, I use it, even though I promised myself that I wouldn't use legendaries this generation.

Blitzle learns a fire move at level ~19 and it is actually almost better than Pansear's Incincerate because of Blitzle's high attack.

Blitzle has even worse defence than Purrloin. On level 18 it has 13 in defence while its other stats are >20. But it is still a rather good Pokémon.

Damn, two tries and two fails at the second gym! She got in some lucky critical hits knocking out the couple of Pokémon on my team that actually stand a chance.

On Route 3 I noticed some grass that moved and was a bit taller than the surrounding grass - what was that? I like the game but I'm getting sick of all the Purrlion, Lillipup and Patrat. They're basically the only Pokémon appearing. Right now I've cleared the first gym and my team is Oshawott (11), Pansear (12), Lillipup (13), Patrat (12), Pidove (9) and Blitzle (9). I'm currently training Pidove and Blitzle to lvl 11 so they can be with the rest of the team.

I liked the trailer! Surely, there could be more black ink in the colour palette but I think it still looks great. But then again, I liked TP's graphics so who am I to judge?
