My big break came from finding out that I have an excellent credit rating, which means I should have no trouble getting a 95% mortgage. Finding the place, making the choice and getting it all done are the real challenges for me! Going to look at a place in a couple of hours, looks nice in the pics, only downside is distance from friends (but I drive) and it's currently being lived in so who knows what the chain is like...

I think we probably skipped the challenge mode this week because we're all sick of 320 heavies and artifacts :p Plus warpriest can be a dick. I played Trials on Monday and am still looking forward to it again this weekend. Next week I'll be up for another raid chasing some gear. Bungie certainly seems to have given themselves a big break over Christmas.

I'm jealous! I've been to look at a lot of places over the last couple of weeks, got two more lined up, both of which look great but are in a chain. I really need a place soon or I'm gonna go nuts...!

It could have a bit more of a modern update at least! The Wii U controller's design aged very quickly, huge mass of wasted space around the outside in plastic and pretty small low res screen, feels really tacky compared to even a budget tablet these days. It's thick and light like a child's toy with a horrendous battery life. There's a £50 Kindle Fire with a 7" 1024x600 screen at 171 ppi. (For reference thanks to wiki, gamepad is 6.2 inch (15.7 cm) 854x480 16:9 @ 158 ppi).

Weren't they being sold in HMV last month for £45 or something? I'd get a second hand one personally.

Do Drive Club give away any cars for free? Bikes is on offer in the Jan sale for £9.99 standalone (cheaper if you own Drive Club) But I'm hoping that they'll add more bikes in the future, just wondering if that's their kinda thing or I'm more likely to be paying for any individual bikes or bike packs in the future.

Ughhh why is it so difficult to play this game :p I could buy it on 360 but will be annoying knowing I'm not experiencing it first at its best. Could buy an Xbox One but... just for this...? Shame Halo 5 wasn't the return to glory. If I got it on PC I'd probably only be able to run it at Xbox 360 quality so... see issue #1. I could upgrade my PC but I want to hold out until the Vive comes out, see what the best options are at that time. PS4 release is nearly a year away. Damnit... Anyone want to lend me their Xbox?

The button changes are a revision to the console in general across all colours, think there was a bug where the touch button would cause random disk ejections. It's also lighter, uses less power and has a smaller light.

Haha, you did it in the end though and now you have a spare USB 3 drive and £30 in your pocket :p You could swap the HDD covers like we used to with different coloured n64 controllers and have two-tone PS4s.

@Nintendo Fan has just recently hit level 40 so would probably like to try out the raids. Personally I would suggest trying to figure it out without the guidance of anyone who's done it before, if you can find six players that fit that description. Dunno if @Rummy's done Vault of Glass or Crota's End yet.

Don't see that the media of recruitment makes any odds. Could've just as easily said "I'm going to make a raid sign up now" in party chat and then the slots would've been taken immediately anyway. Also, Zell's missed half a dozen raids because the posts went up during working hours and he can't post on the forum easily during that time, that's the only reason it was brought up this way.

I was only kidding when I said I was automatically given a place, on account of us failing at Trials miserably after a few too many beers on Saturday. It was genuinely asked and I said yes.
