I think you'll do fine. There's obviously some good people playing but it's nothing like Trials. The first few games Drift and I played we won 5-0, took a while before we even got challenged.

I don't find them shit because they're shallow, usually it's strained plotholes and bizarre pacing. I gave up watching the last Shia Transformers at some point he was having some weird job interview and the script was bizarre and I just didn't care. Turtles I was mostly disappointed that they dropped one of my favourite features of TMNT very quickly: subtlety, hiding in shadows etc.. And some awful forced plot progression with April being a) tied to the turtles in the past and b) just stumbling across an attack in the whole of NYC - as well as the whole "they're nearly dead, just give them some adrenaline" thing. You can make fantastic action and you can keep it positively simple without insulting your audience like that.

Tbf I think you're misinterpreting that. I have a similar view. Bay makes shit movies. But that doesn't mean you won't be entertained or that the visuals won't be very pleasing. You know what you're getting, which is something that will never do a franchise justice, never be a 9/10 on IMDB, but will still be a good popcorn flick.

Sad news... very surprising as well... shouldn't be that hard to succeed in a world that's huge right now on video when you already have a big following. Can only assume there must've been some high up failure :/

Yeah but I loved the first so I knew I would. I haven't played much but it's just more of the same but bigger and better. It's quite difficult though! And the numbers feel fudged, at least on the higher difficulties, it's quite frustrating to miss on a 60-80% chance 2-3x in a row...

Definitely makes sense to me for Trials. In 6v6 if you run into a bottleneck at spawn and get your face sniped off it's kinda your fault. In 3v3 strategies are more limited.

Well... only everybody on the forum would see it... not every N-Europe user is an active forumite, as much as it may surprise you, the main site receives plenty of traffic from users not interested in using a forum. Social network posts also reach the friends of users etc.

The difference is the silence. Bungie have promised repeatedly to be more transparent and yet we haven't heard anything concrete for ages. Every blog post is a hugely fluffed up ream of distraction. I'm not raging at them or anything, I know that most of us here exhausted the available content at a rate way above average and overplayed those raids til we could squeeze out every last drop of fun/loot. But they need to do something soon and it has to be more than a redecorated tower and some microtransactions.

Oh shit yea I said in PS4 thread that I was only looking forward to P5 this year. Forgot about this. Loved the first, loved what I played of this at EGX, can't wait.
