david.dakota Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 The name reminded me of Kuri Kuri Kurin on GBA - wouldnt that make a great update for Wii!
solitanze Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 This game is looking to be their most solid effort gameplay and graphics wise on Wii thus far with the games their developing [Hudson Soft] but most of them have vomit material graphics that are terrible, barely passable. I suppose they could still turn out good, Animal Crossing Style, N64 style graphics, good gameplay.
Dante Posted December 14, 2006 Author Posted December 14, 2006 I just watch the videos and this game looks great.
James McGeachie Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 It's a shame this will probably never make it out of Japan because I'd much rather play this than Monkey Ball (I think I'm one of the few people in the world who doesn't have a game made automatically better by having monkies in it).
steggy Posted December 19, 2006 Posted December 19, 2006 It has a European release date Nintendo Wii Software - Release Date Q1 2007 Wario Ware: Smooth Moves (Nintendo) - 12 Jan 2007 Excite Truck (Nintendo) - 16 Feb 2007 Kororinpa (Hudson) - 23 Feb 2007 Baja Racing (Conspiracy) - Feb 2007 Disney’s Chicken Little: Ace in Action (Disney / Buena Vista Games) - Feb 2007 Wing Island (Hudson) - 23 March 2007 BIONICLE Heroes (Eidos) - 23 March 2007 SSXTM Blur (EA) - March 2007 Mario Party 8 (Nintendo) - March 2007 Go Nintendo Link
BlueStar Posted December 19, 2006 Posted December 19, 2006 Get in, really think I'll end up getting this. Reminds me of this awesome (real life) stuff http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q5nmspVOz_Y
Cube Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 This could do with a bump - the boxart seems to be getting the game some attention, so, post your questions about the game itself here. edit: No US Release date still...So, Wario Ware, Wii Play, Kororinpina, Wing Island and MK64 (VC) here before US already..
Cube Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 It also need a name fix Cube. Pity I can't change it....but you did create this topic...
Fierce_LiNk Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 I've changed it. Don't say I never do anything for you people.
Hero-of-Time Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Loving the boxart for this game, it has a Pikmin feel to it. I read the preview in this months ONM the other week as I hadnt heard anything about the game before, lets just say im intrigued.
Owen Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Boxart is excellent! I may buy this game if it's cheap, it should be £19.99-£24.99 shouldn't it?!
dazzybee Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 It'll be full price. Looks great, my type of game - please have a good high score table system, I want scores for collecting stuff and how fast you go through the level, or a combo like Monkey Ball. Also, who else wants the toys that are on the box?!
Owen Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 6/10 in Edge. Not bad. Their very harsh with their reviews.
motion Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 They're quite harsh but to be honest they're mostly right when it comes to Wii games. They're trust-worthy unlike N-Gamer or N-Revolution.
darksnowman Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Also, who else wants the toys that are on the box?! Haha, dazzy I like your thinking! I was reading about this on IGN the other week, it sounded like it was doing everything it tried to. I doubt I'll get it - there just arent enough hours in the day. The box art is really class though, am i allowed to be swayed towards this because of its box?!
Retro_Link Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 Short new video; http://www.gametrailers.com/player.php?id=16752&type=wmv&pl=game
Owen Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 For some reason...i'm really looking forward to this....ROLL on 23rd Feb! Roll? Get it? HAHAHAHAHA
BlueStar Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 Definitely getting this, not turned my Wii on since I completed Warioware and lost all interest in Zelda once I got to Hyrule Field.
Gentleben Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 This game is getting an America release as well, but the name has been changed to Marble Madness and been given a real cheap boxart.
Owen Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 Definitely getting this, not turned my Wii on since I completed Warioware and lost all interest in Zelda once I got to Hyrule Field. Really? So much more exciting bits of the game in there if you could just get through the slow-paced first 4 hours. I definately need a new single-player (mainly) game i can get addicted too! I'm near the end of Zelda now, sadly and i'm sprinting through all my other Wii games as well now! So i need new games.
