Gizmo Posted April 9, 2007 Posted April 9, 2007 If HD extensions come true, I'm certain that they will. On the subject of new consoles, it seems that Commodore 64 support is nearing. http://www.vc-reviews.com/news/72/commodore-64-games-on-the-virtual-console.php Not sure of the original source of this news, though the site seems to be reliable.
Tellyn Posted April 10, 2007 Author Posted April 10, 2007 Have we had any official confirmation of the Virtual Console release of Impossible Mission... I remember we were all hyped about it then learned that it has a release on all consoles including the Wii. Now why wouldn't they just release the original with this remake?
Manaman Posted April 10, 2007 Posted April 10, 2007 Impossible Mission for C64 is listed for an April release on the official Norwegian Nintendo site. Theres a link to it on the VC EU entry on wikipedia.
Atomic Boo Posted April 10, 2007 Posted April 10, 2007 Why isnt there a thread for recommended VC games? i need a guide

RedShell Posted April 10, 2007 Posted April 10, 2007 Thanks Tellyn, I will probably get one in the near future then.. If you don't mind waiting, you should order from HMV: http://www.hmv.co.uk/hmvweb/displayProductDetails.do?ctx=280;-1;-1;-1&sku=569416 Not in stock right now, but one of the cheapest places to buy it at only £12. I ordered one the other day, as long as I get it before Super Mario Kart I'll be OK.

I waited another month then just got sick of waiting. I always keep checking to see if they restock, but the status has remained the same since December. Good luck.

Manaman Posted April 12, 2007 Posted April 12, 2007 Hmmm. NOE's site usually updates the VC list to indicate what games are coming out by now. At least, that was case for the past few weeks but it doesn't seem to be the case this week. http://wii.nintendo.co.uk/233.html The only game confirmed so far is Bonk's Revenge (TG16)
