S.C.G Posted February 26, 2009 Posted February 26, 2009 Narwhals! http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/484667 XD
Roostophe Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Yeah, that was pretty cool, but I prefer the original...
Paj! Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 That was a lot better than the original. Cool to hear strings played in an unusual style.
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 In the same genre (I know it's been posted before, but what the hey): The Assumption Song
Kirkatronics Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 Best thing of anything ever. That was brilliant. Wonder if it caught what ever it was chasing. Could have a heart attack doing that though =/
Pookiablo Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 I'm hoping this hasn't already been mentioned but... www.quakelive.com a full, 3D version of Quake online, that can be played with friends and better yet, runs in your browser. It's heavily oversubscribed at the moment but I assure you it is definitely worth trying. It's incredible! Perhaps some of us n-europe folk could give it a go sometime!
Dyson Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 It's super fun. To be honest I'd make a new thread about it, it'll garner more attention.
Pookiablo Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 Should I add it to the online-gaming bit under tech stuff?
Dyson Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 Technically that'd be the place to put it, yeah. I just question whether that section is ever used at all. Most of the threads in there have 1 reply, with only 3 being replied to since 2009. It's your call.
jayseven Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 either in here or in online gaming? I don't know how busy online gaming is, so in here is a good bet. If it gets competitive it could get moved to playground.
Dante Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 Super Mario 64 Challenge: Mario Vs 1up Two Japanese players invent a new game inside of Mario 64 - activate a 1up mushroom from a tree then attempt to gather all 8 red coins on a level and collect the star without letting the 1up mushroom reach you. Since the mushroom chases you very fast and can fly anywhere, this is extremely difficult.
arab_freak Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 I'm hoping this hasn't already been mentioned but... www.quakelive.com a full, 3D version of Quake online, that can be played with friends and better yet, runs in your browser. Here's another cool 3D FPS in-browser game I posted not too long ago: http://www.rasterwerks.com/game/phosphor/beta1.asp Anyways, not sure if this has been posted yet:
Paj! Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 I loved. Why was that woman so briliant? Using a towel so well.
arab_freak Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 I loved. Why was that woman so briliant? Using a towel so well. You DID see her do that backflip, right? With her left arm in a cast and all?
Paj! Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 You DID see her do that backflip, right? With her left arm in a cast and all? Yeah, but the fact it's a towel she uses to be great is the best thing.
Dyson Posted March 2, 2009 Posted March 2, 2009 The bit that gets me in that video every single time has to be when the woman does the backflip with her broken arm. Every time. When I show other people they don't tend to notice it until I point it out. It's fantastic.
S.C.G Posted March 2, 2009 Posted March 2, 2009 Space Tumor http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/485070 Simple but brilliant.
