Hopefully this wont get lost in here. but a quick question, being a student I'm gonna have probs getting xbox live for the next 7 months etc... so my question is, shud my lack of xbox live make me think twice about getting one, or will i find plenty to feel that the investment is still worth while. in peoples opinion????

Xbox is Live. I personally bother getting one if you dont have it. But, if you've never played online games before, you wont miss it.

i dont play much online, but i was addicted to COD2 online. Havent played it much since i got Hitman, played that, then prey then dead rising. So had no reason to play online.

 

only play like 2 - 3 hours online gamin a week now. Thats until COD3 comes out tho.

Although from what I've read about CoD 3 is that it's the sequel to the console versions and isn't being developed by Infinite Ward. :nono:

Other than the fact Halo is overated. Its good, but it is like the Arctic Monkeys and Lost. The massive hype the actual truth (that it is still good, but not the best thing ever). And before everyone bitchs, opinion.

I have set me atask minimum points I get on a game before I trade it in is 500, and 100 on arcade titles the thing is, most people won't be able to play on Live or for that matter the Wii online. For the main fact being unis don't like personal things being put on the network, they regard Bit Torrent and Xbox LIve as the same thing so they ban you.

i can play xbox live at manchester-they even have a page about how to get your ps2/xbox or GAMECUBE!!!!!!!! WTF!!!! online lol

 

who actually took their GC online?!?! lol

I can play at Hull all you have to do is change the MAC address on the 360, however you will be having to pay for broadband seperately Takeo

 

im getting my own phoneline fitted into my uni room so i can do what the hell i like, torrents, xbox live and porn, here i come!

 

How would you get your own phone line installed in your uni room seen as you can hardly ask BT to come and fit a new phoneline
