The3rdChildren Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 After some anxious clicking and disappointment in another thread we've all spent some time discussing this evening, I have decided to create my own bones-themed thread. You won't find music in this thread, kiddies (unless you make some kind of horrible bone flute from a hollow bird bone). Let me proceed with the rules of the game. Users will post images of a bone/bones and other users try to identify it. You can get real specific about your bones here if you want, guys. This thread is all about combatting inspecific. First poster to identify the bone/bones with indisputable proof gets to post the next image. So... dust off that old How My Body Works collection, get Google open and put your science caps on and SHOW US YOUR BONES. TO START, IDENTIFY THIS BONE:
Guest Jordan Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 ... I'm guessing the little toe. I know i'm right.
Meik Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 Why, I do believe that is a human skull. What are these? Prepare yourselves, I am showing you my bones.
Platty Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 Can i ask why are you so hung up about a thread title ?
The3rdChildren Posted February 19, 2006 Author Posted February 19, 2006 TEH SKULLZORZ! Proper English in your posts, please Daniel. We're being specific here, scientists do not refer to the skull as "teh skullzor". I am sorry, this one goes to Mr. Meik. [Edit] Oh, I'm hung up. Hung up like a goddamned skeleton. I actually feel this could be a good game if people start to post intelligent bone choices, there are some smart people on here.
Fierce_LiNk Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 Can i ask why are you so hung up about a thread title ? I think it's a combination of penis envy and the teenage angst stage.
Guest Jordan Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 Why, I do believe that is a human skull. What are these? Prepare yourselves, I am showing you my bones. SKULL, SKULL!!!
CVD Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 The pic isn't showing, I'll jump in with a toughie
The3rdChildren Posted February 19, 2006 Author Posted February 19, 2006 Mandible Posterior as it says in the file name. Let's not make it obvious now guys. Here's mine: Here's a hint: it isn't human.
CVD Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 It's obviously a Bones2, as it clearly says in the filename.
Guest Jordan Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 Thats a velocoraptor (sp?) claw No peaking at the file name.
Shino Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 That's obviously an elephant skull. This is an elephant left femur
Lammie Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 I was going to post a porno star with a raging erection. But then realised that it would be irresponsible.
Bowser57 Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 That's obviously an elephant skull. It looks pretty deformed to me, I'd have guessed that it was actually the skull of Mr Merrick, the elephant man. Poor bastard.
Blackfox Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 Yeah, would the person who wins host the file on imageshack so there are no cheaters.
dabookerman Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 not asking u to guess, but i got nostalgic and hereby post this pic

Blackfox Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 Here's a tasty bone for you all. Notice the ball socket at the top and the hinged socket at the bottom. Get guessing.
