ReZourceman Posted June 17, 2009 Posted June 17, 2009 Well I thought it was splutter inducing personally. Obviously its sole purpose wouldn't be just to thank for Paj/ReZ haz teh sex posts....for example I just read a sensible post by The Fish that I would have.....*thanked*
Mr_Odwin Posted June 17, 2009 Posted June 17, 2009 Ashley tried to install it recently, but it didn't work. He/Shorty could try again.
Kirkatronics Posted June 17, 2009 Posted June 17, 2009 ... I read that as "he/she"... Me too, i had to re-read it lol.

Sheikah Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 I have a nice idea for the IRC chatroom - a trivia feature. One where every member can answer the pop-up trivia to win points, which are stored on a high score table. I remember it being quite addictive back in the day, and it's definitely something that causes people to stick around.
ReZourceman Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 What he said. I tried. It failed. I travelled across the world instead. Would you try again if I asked nicely? w/Cherrys (potentially atop afforsuggested plea)
Tellyn Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 What he said. I tried. It failed. I travelled across the world instead. Searching far and wide, of course.

It can be annoying when you want to talk and there's constant nattering from the Trivia bot.

Well if we ever get a statsbot sorted out, then I'm sure we'll have all sorts of snazzy/novel/annoying/useless quirks to play with.

Dyson Posted July 12, 2009 Posted July 12, 2009 IRC stats. Good fun! A bot records everything that's said and records tiny little things like who uses the most emoticons, changes their name the most, talks in all caps most frequently, is in the channel the most, says the most, you know, pointless crap like that. It's fun to keep an eye on every now and then A lot of popular IRC channels have it.
Nancy08 Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 No more suggestions... I think they'd wrote those already. Just keep the site more attractive to everybody. "I would never die for my beliefs because I might be wrong." - Bertrand Russell, 1872-1970

All you need for those is an IRC log, actually, and given I'm in there/idle in there rather alot, I might be able to do that! Though I am absent at times, so it wouldn't count those, and I'm not sure if I have my logging turned on for N-E...I might look into it!
ReZourceman Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 I suggest something I saw on another forum. On the main page/news page, have a "Hot Forum Topic of the Moment" post, showing a link to the forums and said hot topic.
Roostophe Posted January 9, 2010 Posted January 9, 2010 Is there a hug smiley we can use? Just putting *Hugs*, whilst nice, doesn't look as good as a proper hug smiley. There's gotta be one somewhere...
Roostophe Posted January 9, 2010 Posted January 9, 2010 Well, there is this one. Don't know where it's from, though:
Ashley Posted January 9, 2010 Author Posted January 9, 2010 (edited) Done. It is Also as it turns out most smilies were still hosted on my photobucket (even though they were uploaded to the site server) so switched em around. So thanks I suppose. Edited January 9, 2010 by Ashley
