mcj metroid Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 and by the way none of those songs are as bad as this.
ReZourceman Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Precisely what I thought. And I already dislike that song.
Aneres11 Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 so ignoring her completely would be better.... If you don't like her yeah...
chairdriver Posted July 6, 2011 Posted July 6, 2011 (I don't think it's that bad at all. Neither remarkably good, nor bad.)
Paj! Posted July 6, 2011 Posted July 6, 2011 If it was by Katy Perry/someone else popular who is generally liked, everyone would be mildly suprised at it's relative lack of quality/fun, but would then move on with their lives. Cher Lloyd elicits such a reaction. You CAN'T stop talkin bout her.
Dan_Dare Posted July 6, 2011 Posted July 6, 2011 Terrible, just terrible. I know how you feel Bale. That's ace- where's the clip from?
lostmario Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Its No.1 in the UK singles chart... All hope is lost.
Paj! Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Oh hardly. Party Rock Anthem was number 1 before that wasn't it?
Ramar Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Its No.1 in the UK singles chart... All hope is lost. Kids will buy any old shit. I'm sure we all contributed to Mr Blobby's Chart Success.
MadDog Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Bit late, but I've listened to this many times since humans were exposed to this. None of those times were because I actually wanted to listen to it, it was other people. It's unbelievably disgustingly terrible. Who does she think she is, she's awful. The whole song oozes arrogance, and self-loving. I honestly can't stand the deluded girl.
Paj! Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Many many songs have the exact same thematic content, but she just can't pull it off. I was going to say 'she can't sell it', but evidently, she (or someone else) can... (It's bad in other ways too obvs.)
Diageo Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 I was treating this kid with an ice pack and then something hideous burst forth into my eardrums. This kid's mother had this song as her ringtone. I don't even....
EEVILMURRAY Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 As soon as she defines what Swagger Jagger actually is I'll be able to offer a more objective opinion. At the moment the song gets this verdict: Shit.
Retro_Link Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 ^ I actually saw an interview where she explained this... *quickly youtubes* Here @0.29 lolz! Regarding this getting to Number 1... Chavs need a new role model now that Cheryl is taking a break.
chairdriver Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 Was going to go see her at G-A-Y, but didn't have the £3 entry on me, and didn't want to break a £20 note, so didn't.
EEVILMURRAY Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 ^ I actually saw an interview where she explained this... *quickly youtubes* So Swagger Jagger = copying someone's clothes/style. From the Cheryl Cole clone. After that question they decided they don't like Swagger Jagger, but Cher tells you to get some of your own. I daresay it's probably telling you to get your own style, but it's worded very poorly.
Beast Posted August 8, 2011 Author Posted August 8, 2011 Oh hardly. Party Rock Anthem was number 1 before that wasn't it? I prefer that to this. All I can say is that at least it wasn't Champagne Showers....possibly the worst song ever and yes, even worse than this muff garbage!
