Bear in mind I have no knowledge of English geography other than Wales is kinda on the side, Plymouth/Cornwall is near/at the bottom. and Newcastle is near Scotland. jayseven Posted July 27, 2011 Share Posted July 27, 2011 (edited) It's roughly in the middle of england, slightly west of centre :P South of sheffield, manchester (the north[west]) but north of birmingham ('midlands' of england'), and london (as you know, the 'south'). Want to do a meet and never been to a UK theme park (except Legoland, which, going for the first time last year, was way too young for me). I watched all 10 mins of the vid. My thoughts, other than I would like to meet most of you were (1.17 till 1.30): Joking (mostly), as I understand the annoying "So..what now?" thing, but looks like you should've/could've done more to entertain yourselves/each other. Paj!, if you came you should go from London to Aylesbury, (1 hour) and then I'd drive us there. :awesome: (Its about 3.5 hours drive approximately. Less if no traffic) as I understand the annoying "So..what now?" thing, but looks like you should've/could've done more to entertain yourselves/each other. Pffft, we were entertaining ourselves. Bare in mind this was the first hour or two, so we were still waiting for lots of people and such. ----------- Anyway, I AM up for an Alton Towers meet however, I am likely GOING to an Alton Towers meet IN October for another forum. Erm. Yeah. It would be good if they could be the same day. Or something. The date details havn't been bashed out for that one yet.
