The fish
Had some great lessons today with my English class! I'm starting to get the hang of it. My certificate came through the post this morning, so if you need any help, or even just a demo video of how a "genuine native speaker" pronounces something, feel free to ask. Eenuh
Way too many teachers here. =P I'll be helping at some workshops in a school this Friday, and then a few following Fridays I'll be assisting in an art school. Very nervous about it all haha. But hopefully it'll prepare me a bit for placement soon. Hopefully... Anyway best thing to happen: I'm going to see Harry Potter with a friend right now, whooo! =D
Dannyboy-the-Dane
My certificate came through the post this morning, so if you need any help, or even just a demo video of how a "genuine native speaker" pronounces something, feel free to ask. Thanks! Though genuine pronunciation is not really that important to them at the moment. It's more about them getting a better grasp of the language in general. At least a good enough grasp to pass their oral English exam, I hope.

Tellyn
Leeds student march, shouting at a socialist woman who told everyone to go occupy Leeds University, followed by a chance meeting with Laurence Llewelyn Bowen. I can't pick.
Frank
Not the best thing to happen me today but I was amazed when on my way to school I saw a father who looked exactly like ReZ... He was holding a little girl's hand so I hope he was the father/uncle/family friend :p Still though, the resemblance was uncanny!
ReZourceman
Did he look like me physically or was it just because he was holding hands with a child? And Tellyn! WTF. Seriously...STOP STALKING FAMOUS PEOPLE.
Diageo
New laptop on the way. And by new, I don't mean I already have a laptop and am getting a newer one.

Seriously...STOP STALKING FAMOUS PEOPLE. Mhm, because he clearly can't top who he met two weeks ago I got to do some acting which is always a lark, even if it includes the word ethnohermeotic. chairdriver
Had a party, then a consensus-run meeting about our strategy in fighting education cuts, all in here: Amazing. 300 people packed into the library, and Whip My Hair Back And Forth was played. I died.

Frank
ARRRRH. I can't even imagine how surreal that must have been! It sounds like a dream, I would have loved to have been in a library with with 300 others...but especially with that song playing. I love it I'm going to be singing "I wip ma hur back an' fowth" for the rest of the night :p @ReZ, no, he was actually the splitting image of you. A little creepy :p what's even stranger is that he isn't the first...

ReZourceman
And we're wasting our time being afraid of North Korea ... That leader guy of one of them is arguably the older, midgeter, more Korean version of me.
Mr-Paul
Went to see Kylie perform at Maida Vale studios for Radio 2. Not usually a massive fan, but she was awesome. And absolutely gorgeous for a 42 year old. Unfortunately we weren't allowed cameras inside. But I was literally like 2 metres away from her. AMAZING STUFF. Tellyn
And Tellyn! WTF. Seriously...STOP STALKING FAMOUS PEOPLE. This time I wasn't even seeking him out, he was just there, rocking shades, flamboyant clothing, and waving his Lucius Malfoy pimpstick all over the place. Ramar
I've recently been in contact with a woman who works for a recruitment agency, we've exchanged a few emails and she's just sent me a document with a few pointers on how to improve my CV. Really helped, because I know my CV is pony, it's not got me a job yet, and it shows she's interested in helping me get a job. Small positive, gives me something to do tomorrow morning. Nolan
I received a layoff from my job. Just in time for Thanksgiving (which it was up in the air about working it or not). This is a welcomed thing, as the past 30 odd days I've been working 12 hours. Cash is great, but the shit sucks anyways.

Eenuh
That reminds me. I had a meal with a friend tonight, and the waiter was kinda flirting with us the entire time we were there. I never have anyone flirt with me (or maybe I never notice), so it was a bit weird. =P In any case my friend and I had a good laugh about it haha.
