Way too many teachers here. =P

 

I'll be helping at some workshops in a school this Friday, and then a few following Fridays I'll be assisting in an art school. Very nervous about it all haha. But hopefully it'll prepare me a bit for placement soon. Hopefully...

 

 

Anyway best thing to happen: I'm going to see Harry Potter with a friend right now, whooo! =D

Thanks! :) Though genuine pronunciation is not really that important to them at the moment. It's more about them getting a better grasp of the language in general. At least a good enough grasp to pass their oral English exam, I hope.

Not the best thing to happen me today but I was amazed when on my way to school I saw a father who looked exactly like ReZ...

He was holding a little girl's hand so I hope he was the father/uncle/family friend :p

 

Still though, the resemblance was uncanny!

ARRRRH. I can't even imagine how surreal that must have been! It sounds like a dream, I would have loved to have been in a library with with 300 others...but especially with that song playing. I love it :D I'm going to be singing "I wip ma hur back an' fowth" for the rest of the night :p

 

@ReZ, no, he was actually the splitting image of you. A little creepy :p what's even stranger is that he isn't the first...

Honestly, people practically tell me on a weekly basis that they've seen a version of me. There are duplicates of me all over the place. :p

Went to see Kylie perform at Maida Vale studios for Radio 2.

 

Not usually a massive fan, but she was awesome.

And absolutely gorgeous for a 42 year old.

Unfortunately we weren't allowed cameras inside. But I was literally like 2 metres away from her. AMAZING STUFF.

I've recently been in contact with a woman who works for a recruitment agency, we've exchanged a few emails and she's just sent me a document with a few pointers on how to improve my CV. Really helped, because I know my CV is pony, it's not got me a job yet, and it shows she's interested in helping me get a job. Small positive, gives me something to do tomorrow morning.

I received a layoff from my job.

 

Just in time for Thanksgiving (which it was up in the air about working it or not). This is a welcomed thing, as the past 30 odd days I've been working 12 hours. Cash is great, but the shit sucks anyways.

That reminds me. I had a meal with a friend tonight, and the waiter was kinda flirting with us the entire time we were there. I never have anyone flirt with me (or maybe I never notice), so it was a bit weird. =P

 

In any case my friend and I had a good laugh about it haha.
