From my experience, the turnover is high, so you're meeting new people all the time. It's great. The downside is that it can be mentally draining. I was going to keep typing the new one until I retrained chrome even though I knew it redirected, but the old one is coming back (just read announcement). Also the link to the main site doesn't work. Posted October 8, 2011 Ashley - we have drinks at work on fridays, now that's weird..(in work, not like heading to the pub after type thing.) Anyway, my computer finally got sent out yesterday, I'm pretty much emailing them about a refund for postage as it's taken over a week to get to me instead of the 2 days I asked for. Posted October 8, 2011 I JUST WROTE MY PROPOSALS FOR MY DISSERTATION AND FINAL YEAR 3D PROJECT. I'M VERY EXCITED TO START WORK ON THEM. ALTHOUGH WHILE TYPING THEM UP I BROKE MY CAPS LOCK AND NOW I CAN'T TURN IT OFF. I DON'T THINK MY SUPERVISOR WILL ENJOY READING MY PROPOSALS IN CAPITALS. OH WELL. Posted October 9, 2011 Ugh. Just wrote a massive post. Casino win basically. Withdrew £200 and said I'd be chuffed if I had enough for rent at the end of the evening (£135) dinner was £13. Went in with that communal fund from the swear jar first (to be split three ways although only two of the three swear jar people could actually make it in the end), had £37 ish each. I did £20 first and did amazing straight away, got it to about £80, then the rest, and combined with my friend we got £185, to be split three ways, so excellent profit already. We kept the winnings aside to the end though - the communal fund is sacred. Moved to a different table and got out my personal fundage. Insane. Did stupidly well and crazy luck from the get go. Loads of £3 and £2's on single numbers. Started getting a ridiculous amount of £25 chips. Got upto around £250 and I was just....euphoric. From a tiny layout too - about £40. My mates cottoned on that I was on a streak and started following me, bam £4 on zero, £140 how-are-ya. Kept playing big and winning, it was just insane. Around this time I picked up two £25 chips and handed one each to my friends "Thanks for coming out tonight lads." which received crazy praise and adoration. Just absolutely smashed it. Headed over to Black Jack (£5 minimum) with (just £20) and went down and up and down and up, eventually settling at breaking even. Did a last few cheeky £5 bets on a couple of streets and stuff as we were getting ready to leave. Knew roughly how much I was up and we went out to the car. We were all up which was so good - such a great night, one friend up about £80 and the other up about £20 I think (which was amazing as he lost loads at first, so built it back up which is also a great feeling), and I counted. "Right, there is the £200 I withdrew......ah here we go." So I made £423 profit, and if you include the £25 x 2 I gave out I made £473 profit. Absolutely ridiculous luck. So chuffed as I thought I was going to be really tight money wise this month....LOL. Only bad thing is I have no hope in hell of ever doing that well again! :p So this weekend has been mind blowing. Thorpe Park Fright Nights on Friday, epic day and Casino yesterday, and off to my favourite Chinese Restaurant (all you can eat, non buffet) for lunch today to see some friends I havn't seen in a while.
