As I suspected, this god comes from the Stargate universe and is most certainly not a god but a Goa'uld. Possibly Apophis, Ba'al or Anubis given their importance in the series. It could be from the movie... (Ra). What's more Ba'al isn't a god (it's a title given to gods, it means "master" or "lord") and neither is Apophis (a demon).
