Kirkatronics Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 Ok, I'm hoping this isn't a tall ask but would anyone be willing to buy me a copy of Pokemon Diamond from the website below for £10 and I'll send them the money for it through the post and they can send it to me. I'll even cover any postage costs if there are any. http://www.wilkinsonplus.com/invt/ch00208 That is cheap! I was going to offer to sell you my copy but brand new for a tenner is nothing lol. Why cant you buy it?
Ganepark32 Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 No money in my account apart from my £200 overdraft which I'm not touching. Should have taken out a student loan as it would have been helpful at a time like this.
Kirkatronics Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 No money in my account apart from my £200 overdraft which I'm not touching. Should have taken out a student loan as it would have been helpful at a time like this. Put the £10 cash in your account then spend it? That would be the same wouldnt it? Or would it incur an extra charge?
Ganepark32 Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 Was wondering that. I've got some cash sitting around but it's been such a long time since I put anything into my account that I can't remember whether I get charged for it or not. Think I'll make a trip to the bank later on and see. Think it takes awhile for the money to come through but it'll probably be easier doing it that way. Just need to find all my account stuff so I can sort it out. So yeh, forget that up there.

McPhee Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 What? Petrol is still expensive over here in Belgium. Looking at this site, it doesn't seem like you pay much more for petrol than most other European countries.http://www.aaroadwatch.ie/eupetrolprices/ Bare in mind our currency has gone through the floor of late. The price is more like 1.4 Euros a litre, the exchange rate just makes it look better

Ganepark32 Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 Does the Wii version have the laser hand cannon thing that was added to the PS2 version? I've been contemplating getting it again on the Wii but I'm still very undecided on whether I want to play it again for the 5 time through, starting from scratch. Whereas I could get the GC version and blitz through it with the chicago typewriter and the infinite rocketlauncher in a couple of hours.
Retro_Link Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 Does the Wii version have the laser hand cannon thing that was added to the PS2 version?Yeah, it's the GC version, + all the PS2 extras. I was just watching the Gametrailers Review to see what they made of the Wii version; the game still blows me away! http://www.gametrailers.com/player/20888.html
Tellyn Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 I have Resi 4 on GC, but I'm very tempted atm to buy the Wii version! Me too, the thing is I usually find myself too scared to actually play games like Resi once I've bought them.

welsh_gamer Posted February 1, 2009 Author Posted February 1, 2009 2000 Wii points £9.87 @ dvd.co.uk Just ordered 2
Ganepark32 Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 @ BeerMonkey - for Call of Duty 5 you're best to go the eBay route because in stores it's selling for £39.99 second hand due to being in short supply and highly popular. Likewise, Left 4 Dead is maintaining it's prices really well. Only ever seen one second hand copy at £37.99 which I bought.

david.dakota Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 New Play Control! Pikmin is £23.99 at 101cd. Thats the cheapest i've found it- however factor in any loyalty points or cashback you may get from other retailers, its not such a good deal. Good to know for those who are looking for basic low price.
