McMad Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Don't expect much, but at least it's confirmation JJ Abrams isn't pulling a Blair Witch on us: The Monster (or at least some of it)
Daft Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Looks like Godzilla...I don't really care what it is though as long as we see things get smashed up good! Shame how ALL these kinds of films have to be in New York. Edit: I take it back, it don't look like Godzilla...it looks like it has wings...
welsh_gamer Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 WTF?!? Father Ted - the movie If this happens.... New Cloverfield trailer rocks btw! I hope I don't read any spoiler's, before seeing it in the cinema. It would be somewhat cool if it was some kind of Lost spin off

Daft Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Farther Ted: The Movie!!! What an awesome idea! I reckon its going to be great, I can't fricking wait!! /sarcasm
Cube Posted November 23, 2007 Posted November 23, 2007 It would be somewhat cool if it was some kind of Lost spin off Not for me. Unless they made no "direct" connection (i.e. a few tiny tiny hints in the movie/TV series that they could be connected) between the two. So the only people who would know that they are connected are whose who have watched all of Lost.
ReZourceman Posted November 23, 2007 Posted November 23, 2007 If that Father Ted movie gets made (Surely it wont) it'll be the biggest disrespect ever.
Ellmeister Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 A movie about lost? Lame. The return of godzilla? Awesome.
Dan_Dare Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Christian Bale set to play John Connor in Terminator: Salvation gnnnar. I hope that means that Bale, an acting genius, brings some credability and darkness to the role- alas, I suspect that he's probably gone and done another Breath of Fire and got himself involved with a destined guff of a movie.
ReZourceman Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Holy crap, that monster really does look fairly reminiscent of Cthulu! That would be frigging sweet.
triforcemario Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 -Face palm- Although this monster does look like Cthulhu/Godzilla/Jordan, JJ. Abrams has confirmed that the monster is an original creation. In other words, it isn't Cthulhu/Godzilla/Jordan, or any previously thought-of creature.
Daft Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Holy crap, that monster really does look fairly reminiscent of Cthulu! That would be frigging sweet. They've said its a completely new monster.....but I don't believe them. Looks like Cthulhu, imo.
ReZourceman Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Not to mention Cloverfield in an anagram of Cthulu. CLOVERFIELD COFELDOVRI (Pronounced Co-fool-oo)
Oxigen_Waste Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 JUNO I'm completely hyped to watch this... I loved Thank you for smoking.
ReZourceman Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Juno is going to be fucking sweet as shit. Whats the betting it wont be shown at any cinema near me?
Oxigen_Waste Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Juno is going to be fucking sweet as shit. Whats the betting it wont be shown at any cinema near me? And you're lucky... I'll only get to see it in February. =/
Slaggis Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 Why do so many websites list different UK release dates for I am Legend? Some say the 21st of December, some say the 4th of January and then some say the 18th of January. Which is it, or does no-one know yet? I'm desperatly hoping it's the 21st due to wanting to go see it on the 22nd with some mates. (Also, it's been announced it's a PG-13 in america so it will end up being a 12 here)
ReZourceman Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 I do believe its January. BBCs film diary seems quite reliable, but yeah Im sure I Am Legend is 4th January.
Slaggis Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 I do believe its January. BBCs film diary seems quite reliable, but yeah Im sure I Am Legend is 4th January. Massive bummer. I'll be pissed if it is, thanks for the response thuough.

The fish Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 Don't expect much, but at least it's confirmation JJ Abrams isn't pulling a Blair Witch on us: The Monster (or at least some of it) That's quite a cool shot - it looks like it's just smoke until it starts to twist. This looks like it could be...interesting...
Coolness Bears Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 Trailer 2 (latest one) Thanks! Looks Cool. :awesome:
