Coolness Bears
have to listen to my music through a portable cd player due to my ipod not working oh the dark ages I've been doing the same as i left my mp3 player at my friends house. Unfortunately the only music i have on Cd is really old cheesy stuff from when i was 10-12. Ah well it'll have to do.
Paj!
I buy CD's for people I offically love. (I don't download much, but sometimes I do sneak the old album in, but never from someone I adore)
Oxigen_Waste
I buy CD's for people I offically love. (I don't download much, but sometimes I do sneak the old album in, but never from someone I adore) I have a simple and effective method for that sort of purpose: I download everything. After listening to it thouroughly and either liking it or not, I decide wether or not it is worth my money, and if it is, you best be damn sure I will buy it as soon as I can get for a good price (never over 7£). And I do have a rather extensive collection, so... I guess it works.

Twilight
One of my weird (and unknown) addictions lately: I´m on a summer mood. Not sure if that´s a good thing..

Dan_Dare
my view on music piracy goes as thus: I don't have any money: even if I were willing to buy most of the records I obtain, there's no way I could. Therefore, nobody is missing out on any cash and I may as well listen to what I want in the meantime
Ashley
even if I were willing to buy most of the records I obtain, there's no way I could. Why? If I can obtain perfectly legal copies of The Format's albums and EPs (which haven't been released here) then you shouldn't have any problems with all the wacky shit you listen to. (shit being used as a noun, not an adjective)

Ashley
I can't afford them The "even if I were willing to" implied to me that if you were willing to stretch those purse strings just a little bit more.
Paj!
Same here. I buy the ones I know I'll love, or at least ones from artists I love. Like today I bought Talking Heads, garbage and Hole albums. But I downloaed Kate Nash, to see if she had any other good songs.

Paj!
As much as I've tried, I still don't like "My Juvenile" by Bjork. I often find myself being indifferent to some of her stuff, but eventually warming to it. This I just can't like.

Maikeru
Hmm I've got a varied taste in music, but I mainly like Rock and Techno, and I've recently found myself listening to alot of Japanese bands such as Dir en grey, Mad Capsule Markets etc.
