It's one syllable, and the "r" is a cross between an "l", an "r" and a bit of "d". lol, i've also been learning japanese so i might be okay there, i'd do better seeing it written in hirgana. It really annoys the cheese out of me when people call me "jah-mool" or "ja-mole" or something like that. Just call me Jim and have it done with. I blame our parents. It's all their fault.
