Assuming you want to find out the ip of someone with an youtube account, you can create a server, host an image in it and send and e-mail to that youtube user with the image from the server attached. When you he sees the image, he's ip should be on the server's log.

I'm not sure what you want, but Youtube accounts are independent of IPs, thus why you can connect to it from any PC.
