Well, Super Mario Strikers Charged comes out in June in Aussie land, so that's the latest date for when the Wii's online service can possibly go online. PBR uses the DS's WFC service.

Nah I suck at it myself lol! I`ve added the last three posters, seeya online!

Xbox Live works with 360 but media connect won`t, please help!

Holy crap I got it to work! You have to run the network setup wizard and select "other" then "this computer is connected to a hub" Works flawlessly! -
Am I crap at Wii Sports Tennis or its supposed to be like that?
Dcubed replied to Everblue's topic in Nintendo Gaming
Actually, the angle of your shot does affect the shot. It can also detect the height that you hit the ball and you can even put spin on the ball! Just hit it like a real racket but with the right timing, don't think of it as a remote control and the controls will work fine! -
Didn`t he mention a Wii demos channel?

Xbox Live works with 360 but media connect won`t, please help!

Yeah the thing that annoys me most of all is that I actually had it working before with the Home Hub but my Nintendo USB WiFi connector screwed it up and I had to reinstall everything (PC, Wii and DS all connect directly to the hub now and I got rid of the USB connector) I actually have no idea how I did it before, total fluke! -
Hi, I have my 360 hooked up to my BT Home Hub via ethenet and my PC, Wii and DS`s are hooked up via WiFi. Xbox live works fine and my PC`s net connection is fine but my 360 and PC just won`t recognise each other! I am using Windows Media Player 11 and media sharing is turned on but it can`t find the 360! Please help!

I`ll probably pick this one up after it drops in price. It looks fun to play but I really don`t like the look of the mission based structure, I reckon that they should`ve kept it out of the main game instead of using it to artificially lengthen it.

Are Ghosts saveable now?

Yeah maybe I`m being a bit harsh on them but the stories and characters don`t really do anything for me so I`ve only watched a few episodes :p I`ve heard good things about Death note, might give that one a go next

Hiya, I`m thinking about a new anime series to watch. I`ve seen Azumanga, Wolf's Rain, and Fruits Basket recently and I love them all! Maybe something a bit different this time, but nothing like naruto or one piece I can`t stand pure action anime, it`s soooo boring! Suggestions?

They'll probably release a guitar shell. Since the motion sensor and wireless technology is already included in the Wiimote, the game should be a lot cheaper too But they'll probably still charge the same price as the other consoles and bank the profit

Wow, didn`t see that one coming! Just goes to show how much things have changed from the GCN!

Doritoes (Tangy cheese) Peperami (Spicy, the green one) Cherry Coke That's all you need!

Tales of Destiny, Tales of Destiny 2 and Tales of Rebirth! Yeah I like Tales games

Halo, I've never seen so many repeating corridors since Metroid 1!

Launch lineup isn't bad! Sega seems to be coming to the rescue (Definately didn't expect Virtua Fighter for launch!) and a decent amount of games at least (Even if most of them are 360 ports) Accessory prices are ridiculous, £35 should not become the standard for a controller! (Damn you Microsoft) I wonder how much the PS1/PS2 memory card adapter costs? Also what about PSN prices? (And while I'm at it, where are the prepaid cards for PSN, I don't wanna use a credit card!) As for the console, meh we knew about it for ages. You've either accepted it or not by now so that point is moot.

Well that's me sorted for April! I've just gotta wait for it with no more Wii games now (Unless Sonic Wii turns out good that is!)
-
Not the best quality video in the world but I'll be damned if that isn't cool!
-
Nice! But playing Wii games on the go would be impossible thanks to the Motion Control. I'd love to see Ben Heckendorf make a Wii handheld though, would be great for the Virtual Console!

The reason why Wii's standby mode takes up so much power is because it's WiFi is still active and is constantly running on Wiiconnect 24. Other devices take up enought juice to keep it "on" while the Wii has to power it's WiFi as well as the 1 watt it takes for itself. BTW wasn't it found out that the PS3 uses up over 340w at it's peak?

Stamper brothers leave Rare to pursue other opportunities
Dcubed replied to IMJ's topic in Nintendo Gaming
YES! This is fantastic news, Tim and Chris are very talented designers and come up with some very unique ideas but they've never been able to admit that practically everyone who made Rareware what it was had left to form Free Radical and Zoonami (aside from the grunt programmers and the music composers of course) Hopefully, Chris and Tim will head off to Free Radical to join their old buddies and some how get back together with Zoonami (They haven't made a single game thus far so maybe they'd be willing to team up again) If somehow that were to happen, then it's possible that the Rareware of old may live once again!
