You can connect the wii up with an ethernet cable connected from either the pc itself with ICS or through your modem the only other thing you will need though is an ethernet to usb adapter.

Don't know why but why does there have to have a 'freshers week' all you need is a week to get everyone back in the mood ie an 'induction week' thats all. I want to start my course and get back home. Hello guys I'm live from hull at university, whoooooooo, just want to say they showed us a presentation of how to basically develop games in a dead simple way.

I think were forgetting something here its the way game developers design there games, e.g N3(Ninety Nine Nights) sure it looks resonable but the AI is the pits the story is utter crap but the graphics are pretty. Now we have the opposite end of the spectrum where we have fantasic designed games but not the decent graphics to emerse you in to the story line, eternal darkness was for me the greatest example of this. Nintendo should of allowed a slighty easier development system whereby they could of created great looking games, like Nintendo could of created a development tool similiar to that of the unreal engine idea- but put it so the bar was set in the middle of the systems graphic capabilities so the graphics could improve over time but have a far more balanced game system especially for that £180, with a demo game called Wii Sports. So 3rd part titles and even there own looked more 'New' next gen

Twilight Princess is the same graphics as cube game, Smash Bros well we carn't comment because that was an FMV they threw together for a trailer Red Steel well let me just say I have seen better looking games on the xbox early on in its life cycle since the wii is supposed to be 2-3 times as powerful as the cube. Excite Truck looks very grainy from everything I have seen

May I reply to the fact you are saying developers are lazy, developers arn't the lazy ones its the companies like Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony. Its their fault they are the ones who should give these developers the best compilers around as massive libraies of every possible effect and make it that they can create a beautiful game in a couple of months. EDIT: Its 1080i/p thing will be Blue Dragon,Lost Oddysey and Trusty Bell

I would laugh if a) that black creature on Wolf Links back, is actually the villian- whether thats the villians from oracle of ages/seasons or ganondorf/ganon. b) that black creature on links back is the ultimate villian in the game

Shino, at the Q&A session after the Brawl trailer they said that they have been only working on the it for roughly a month, as they have been setting up offices anyway if it was started last september then it would of been playable at loads of the press events , or even the key ones.

I have to disagree with you seen as they are rebranding the 360 in japan, most of all the Ps3 will do well simply because theres only 100,000 for launch there, Nintendo might do ok. the 360 will be the big winner in japan. BTW Takeo they have loads of 360's in Japan in gamestores, a title like Blue Dragon might sell 0.5 -1million with may help sell betwwen 400K-900k systems. I know you probably will say this is unrealistic, but as Microsoft keeps saying if theres a demand splurge in Japan they can get units there asap

The Wind Waker was graphics over gameplay, games that embrace both make for good games - companies that value one over the other will indeed in the long run fail. I personally feel the Wii will be extremly succesful in the short to mid term range

One game by the creator of final fantasy and seen as its listed in famitsu as about the 5th game, loads of the gaming public will buy it there and seen as they are offering a chaeper bundle I can predict what might nay what will happen for microsoft.
