Klonoa: DtP ( Out Now! £14.99 Amazon & Play!! )
Gentleben replied to Darkspine S's topic in Nintendo Gaming
I never played this game but it kinda looks like it has a kirby platform feel. It also reminds me of another Saturn platform based game called Pandemonium. Anyone remember it? -
Mine were something like that as well. Now you need to raise enough cash to buy the ending movie.
-
Not sure yet. I've only focused on clearing all challenges on the 1st and 4th bosses.
-
Completed the game late last night, the ending was short but sweet. When I purchased it from the pirate shop I was hoping the credits would be cut to allow for one ending movie but sadly you still have to watch them. Need to focus on getting all the treasures next (some are really tricky to find/reach) and then I'II move onto the challenges. (I've already unlocked 2 of the Boss Soundtracks_

I'm working the late shift all this week (12.15-20.15) I woke up at a little before 9 and watched LK today (Shudder) in this sort of half awake/half still asleep trance like stay. Made myself some sandwiches for work and tested out Nintendos Music Voucher system. Now I have that "Running out of time feeling" before I have to go and drive into the city for work. Question is how to spend my last few hours before my work style excution?

It's a nice idea but I only consider one if there was some sort of Battery pack so your Wii + Screen could be totally wireless. (Or is that never going to happen?)
-
Me too. But still plenty of other good music to choose from if you decide to spend the stars. I'm still saving my 10,000 remaining stars in the hope of something extra special getting added to the Stars Catalogue. Edit- Decided to try it out and purchase 1 song. I was looking to download something from the current top ten but the music site used is pretty shit (either that or I suck at navigating it) I couldn't find any of the 4 top ten songs I wanted. So in the end I settled for a "In your arms" by Kylie. Think I'II stick with Itunes myself.

Why not put an ad in a local newpaper and ask for local collection. It cuts out the postage issue (Which is only an issue when people make it out to be one) I bet you could ask for £5 a game as well. EDIT- If you drive/have a friend maybe Carboot it all?

Picked up my copy and I'm loving this game. The animation/backgrounds look amazing (even on my small screen as well) I've already blown 100,000 coins buying the opening movie. Think I'm going to aim to beat the game then go back to do all the extra challenges. Some of them look pretty tricky.

Congrats on clearing it. I'm still stuck on the Mother Bomb. Bomb go Bang Team go dead. Lol.

I did Hamlet as well. I always cringe whenever people misquote the line "Alas poor Yorick I knew him well" when it should be "Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio" Anyway today I'm going on a hunt to try and find a copy of Wario. Then later this evening picking up a friend for dinner and 1/2 movies. Taken and or Deathrace.

That's a terrible thing to do-shame on you. Think how you would feel if you found out something about your son from a 3rd party. So what if he cheated on his girlfriend-(it's his life) and while you have a right to be judgemental in your opinion, it doesn't give you the right to be judgemental in your actions. Anyway moving on- Woke up late, rushed to get ready to drive to City centre for my DS: Birmingham meetup. Discovered I was low on petrol but didn't have time to stop or I would have been even later arriving at meetup. Got stuck in Traffic Jam, got stopped at like every Red light into city and arrived at meetup 15mins late. (Never happened before ) Meetup was all good-Cake/chat/drink and game playing of the download variety. Ended meetup and visited a friend for drinks/catchup. Drove home and stopped at ASDA in the hope of picking up Wario (All sold out) arrived home. Updated meetup site with photos and ate dinner-watched some stuff on BBC Iplayer (Merlin and Hole-in-the wall).

I remember it. Played the Orginal on the Megadrive (it fact I rented it from Blockbuster Video, back when you could rent Megadrive games) I never completed it-got as far getting the 4th Elemental sidekick (which was a shadow that could stretch to pull you across gaps and such.

While brighton is fun I don't think it's fair on the people that have to travel from the far North/Ireland. At least with places like London it's a captial and has great transport links. I think we should poll it/consider more middle of the road locations.

Saturn Bomberman is good, but I'd recommed Bomberman FIGHT! an import Saturn game that offers a 3d style view and massive explosions as well. Guardian Heroes is excellent as well. It will take you a while to unlock all the playable characters (there's something like 50 or so to unlock) and a ton of branching paths that lead to a slightly different storyline/ending.

Nuts of any kind-Can't stand em. Mayo-The perfect way to ruin a sandwich/salad. Butter is fine and we don't always need the cheaper/healthly choice. It fact if you don't like Mayo your sandwich choice is pretty limited in shops/supermarkets unless you make your own. Soup-The whole texture just feels wrong, and it's always too hot and you end up dribbling soup everywhere.

All the previous Warioland titles had some excellent replay value. Trying to find all the treasure hidden in the Warioland 3 was pretty tricky since the passengeways to other levels/section of the map were well hidden. Warioland 4 had the Super HARD mode which totally rearranged some level maps and moved chests to new/harder to find locations. However I believe the "Shake Dimension" offers replay in the form of achivements/goals rather than treasures: For example-you might have a level that has 5 clear goals/Achivements 1) Clear the level 2) Clear the level with x Amount of money 3) Clear the level with no damage 4) etc Which still sounds like a lot of replay value.

I watched "The Wave" last night at the cinema. It's a German subtitled film about a social science/Facist experiment at a high school. The plot is very predictable but it's still well worth watching.
