Just because I hated one film doesn't mean I'd hate all movies that require a deeper thinking/pose questions.

I've never walked out of a movie (but I did come pretty close with 21grams-A total borefest) I guess if you spend 1/4 of your weekely budget you want a movie that will blow you mind. I finally got a cineworld card a few weeks ago (I thought it was time after counting 25 movies I've seen since May)

Eggs as ball? Soo tired this morning when I was rudely awoken by my alarm clock. Badly need some more sleep-been doing 8 hrs shifts these past couple of days followed by canvassing straight afterwards. I don't think I'II bother with canvassing again next year-while the extra money is nice the lack of sleep isn't so fun. (Damm I'm feeling old)

My day was all fine until this evening. I had finished my canvass duties for the evening and was walking back up Broad street minding my own business when some black guy walking in the opposite direction punched in in the side of the face. I was in a state of shock for the moment and when I turned around then the black guy also turned around and carried on walking towards the city centre. I started to follow the black guy from about 10metres behind while on the phone to the police (999) But halfway down broad street I lost him (it's a busy street and there is a lot of pubs/clubs and buses/people about) I didn't want to run after him for fear of him attacking me again. I then had to wait for the police to arrive (that took about 25/30mins) BUT not before some random red car pulled up at the lights outside where I was waiting. The red car was full of guys maybe in their twenties and Mr big mouth in the back with the window open says "You won't get a taxi there" and I replied I was waiting for a taxi. Then he reads what's written on my Canvass Bag (it's a red bag with white large type writing) "Register of Electors, you don't wanna wear that mate-will get you killed" I ignore him and he then says "What you staring at" I walk a little furher down the pavement and he drives of. Police arrive and I'm taken to the station to make a statement which I sign. CCTV footage is a no go-since it doesnt show the attack happening or any sign of the black guy (only just shows me-it was pointing in wrong direction) After the statement I'm driven back to my car and drive home. Face is still very sore/bet it's swollen bruised tomorrrow But I can't help but wonder was black guy either 1) Drunk 2) Crazy/Mad mentally distrubed 3) Saw someone with postion of power looking bag and decided to strike out

Crap-My day just got worse. Handbrake in car has broken. Good thing I park on a flat road (but left my car in reverse to play it safe) I'm detecting it's going to be an expensive repair it always is with cars. Going to have to wait till Friday as well since that's my next rest day.

Possibly a future career in vocal coaching/Making people your grammar bitch? Got another 8hr shift, followed by another 2 hours of canvass work today. Wish I could stay home and watch Battlestar and try and get more treasures on Wario.

I picked up part one of Season 4 at the start of this week. It's an excellent show but I've not had time to watch even all of the first ep yet. Been too busy. Cliffhangers get better and better btw. My last few days have been a mixture of Heaven and Hell. I've decided to do some Canvass work for Birmingham City Council this year (a friend suggested I give it a go) It runs from the 9th till the 22nd October and it would net be a tidy sum of around £400 to be paid in November so I'II put half towards Xmas and half towards myself. Hell Anyway I have to visit lots (and I mean lots of houses) to check peoples voting details (name/etc/etc) I've been assigned a large apartment complex spread over 19 floors with 386 doors to knock. It's taken me 3 days to knock every door (granted I've only spent about 3hrs each night)-and the ones that didn't answer I have to return and attempt to get them to answer another 2 times- Oh Joy! I wouldn't mind so much but there are stairs (so many many stairs) People are sometimes in, I can hear the TV/Voices/phone etc etc and they don't answer the door (bloody rude) and then there are people who don't want to give details (depsite the fact it's a legal requirement) and don't even get me started on people who don't speak English. Heaven After all that hard work enjoying a nice pizza from Dominos with a friend outside and watching City of Ember at the movies. Now to enjoy an ice cold drink and chill at home.

I can't see that working today. But it is a pretty funny/embrassing punishment.

A good smacking/beating followed by some shaking never hurt anyone..right? I was smacked as a child never did me any harm. But in todays culture/society it's frowned upon. I guess every parent has their own way of enforcing their childs behaviour and so long as it doesn't become overly violent/child abuse I don't think a little smack from time to time is uncalled for.

Agreed last night I spent over an hour attempting to do the Distrubed Tomb secret level. I'm missing the last 2 treasures and the stars to escape in a set time limit/earn enough cash. The only way to do this is to use the cannons to fire yourself up and out the tomb dash across those exploding blocks and then may a blind jump into a cannon and hope you don't hit the wall. (which I kept doing over and over again) in the end I gave up I left the level with just a no damage star and one treausure

Oh wise Rainbow Knowledge man, please tell me how to travel to the end of the Rainbow so I can claim my pot of gold. About to start my shift at work. It's either going to fly by or drag on forever more-I've got to get me some power to control time.

I tend to agree. I was really hoping they would include a hard and Super Hard mode. But I guess some of the missions make up for that.
