yeah I'm nearly done with season 4 so discussing the show with you now would be dangerous stuff. It's amazing though. Peggy 4 lyf. I've also taken a strange liking to Pete. He's my kind of bastard.

doesn't help that the graphic novel itself is misogynistic, right wing hyper trash though. Almost walked out of Austin Powers 3. To this day I don't know why I didn't. It was irredeemable cocksauce from start to finish.

As I understand it, the season was greenlit pretty much to give Scrubs crew members another year of work. Quality was, at the time, a secondary consideration at best.

Caught up with Avengers Academy today. Easily one of Marvel's strongest ongoings atm. It's getting better and deeper with every issue. T-bolts next.

ah that's not too bad. Should be able to pick it up for the weekend after work then I'm definitely getting up on this- I loved Paradise pretty hard so Criterion just get a free pass from me. Really looking forward to the multiplayer too.

nonsense. However, you're right about games because Super Metroid (the best game ever made, by the way) came out in 1994.

taking a break from this for a couple of days- I have a new PSU on its way that will let me install a graphics card to replace my built in chip. Currently, because I basically have no graphics capability, the render speed on the game is crippling the framerate and it's quite unpleasant to play.

Yeah man. This is always what I wanted for Peter Parker. BND was retrogressive in that it stripped Parker of his genuinely adult life- no public identity, no marriage, no Avengers status, no profile. He returned to being a juvenile while Spider-Man was returned to being a 'menace' and had no status in the super human community. This changes all that again- he's in a job that actually fits his character, he's back in The Avengers (as a leader, too!) shoulder to shoulder with Tony Stark and Reed Richards and with all the gadgets and money coming his way, Spider-Man is back to the big leagues he touched on with the Iron Spider suit too. Yes!

Yeah man that was awesome. Really, really strong start. This is probably the best status quo in Spider-Man in years and yet before it's even begun we got that stupid 'Death of Spider-Man' promo that I can only guess is going to break most of the awesome ideas in this set up. Fuck that.

That was genius. This is a quality series- I think it has the most interesting take on Vampires I've ever seen. Their portrayal as a whole secret society with a whole hierarchy, decorum and customs is really very cool and their sense of age is so expertly handled. And they're dangerous too. Profoundly so, and verging on the alien in quite a brilliant way.
