That's what I thought too :P Bold move, but I do like it. Website says they're going to be gradually introduced as the banks request them, so don't expect every shop to have them tonight! They're probably going to be better for blind people too. At the moment it's about feeling the edges (think about 10p vs 2p) and these might make differentiating a bit easier.

I was watching High Fidelity the other night and I must say the three dudes in the record store pretty much cover 70% of the people in this thread between them :P I don't like Bjork. Why? Probably because I haven't listened enough. That "it's oh so quiet" song was quite fun in a pop-kind of way, and at the time I was like 11 or something. I saw her video of a more recent song - the one with the megaphone and the strings? - and had to change the channel. I think there is a fair amount of music out there which I've been told is good, and that in itself makes me try too hard to "see" what's so good about it. I'm not going to force myself to like something so I'll just wait and see Not many people seem to have their audioscrobbler's turned on. I can't figure out how to turn the plug-in on once I've closed it from the start bar, hence my last.fm being 2 weeks out of date...

Well when there's misunderstanding a-foot, it is hard not to be a leg-end *cringe* I know utterly nothing about thermodynamics. I wish I could enjoy learning about victorian novels. My next essay after this one will be on language and literature in children's books. That's at least interesting as it deals with language acquisition and shizzle that I might've mentioned before concerning a timed-essay-thing I had to do. I dunno. Watched two episodes of Frasier instead of doing more reading. Realised I've already seen all of season one (or at least I think I have) and thus I've run out of things to watch! Aaah!

Ok well you say she isn't good, Mundi's derived that she can't be aligned with the killer so we can presume she's neutral. A role-blocker who is neutral isn't necessarily an immediate threat - but if you're neutral and that's your only power... well then what're your win conditions going to be? To block a certain amount of people? I don't know. I'm in two minds about it. Main thing is whether anyone can think of any thriller-related movies/games where someone with a boulder is in it... I dunno.

x-files season one Seen the whole season now and, man, it's good. The regular weekly creeps are interesting but of course not relevent. I found the last episode to be quite awesome, and it sets up season two in a brilliant way. I can't remember how many seasons there are - 6? 8? But I know they won't be able to sustain what they promise for that many episodes, so I'm guessing the first half of the next season will be fairly muted affairs - more monsters-of-the-week but with a stronger overarching story that seems to connect all the monsters? Fairly routine stuff I suppose, but hell it's been enjoyable so far. Only a couple of annoying episodes (the Kindred? Pah. Waste of time). I'm glad I've never watched it before, and look forward to season two (which I'll be watching... perhaps in summer. Curses world! But hey this is a massive paragraph that nobody will read so it doesn't matter when I get to see it anyway!) I know a few things about the series overall - it has a couple of movies (I think I've seen one) and that someone dies (can't remember who but I can guess it's M) - but godammit I want to be able to see it all now. Well then you're the boulder-type-person that mundi mentions. People people - what thriller-esque boulder-associations can we think of to determine alliance? I can only think of indianna jones :S Or those guys from resident evil who push the rock after Leon. That would make her neutral/bad... But that's pure speculation. Finished watching X-files season one lastnight/thismorning. I scraped the last of my weed crystals into one spliff and MAN that last episode was AWESOME! Went to library, got some books for essay and to reward myself i watched toy story - at the same time as this girl I used to work with whose started texting me lots, at the other end of the country... Each time she texts me I get a massive boner. She texted me 43 times today already and it's beginning to hurt. LOL LIES OR IS IT?! I don't care. Yeah, as it says, the front-page-points did NOT include the points from Supergrunch's round, which is why you only have 4 there. But it DID include the point Supergrunch got for creating the round. So my list is missing the people who guessed correctly for supergrunch's quiz, annd supergrunch's list is missing the people who've done a round :P

Ghost House ftw. I had a 2nd-hand set which utilised many a ball of blu-tac and stretch of 'tape Love it, though. Also - Labyrinth! Each go you changed the maze and you had to collect things. Another really bad board game is the enchanted forest (I think it's called) which is full of plastic trees and is gay. Made for those girls aged 21 who still want to be a disney princess.. *kills with reminiscent RAGE*
