I think I've become accustomed to it as well to a degree, just that lately I've felt pretty lonely :/ and I kind of got the idea in my head that maybe I need to be in a relationship again - hence I asked that girl from work out, glad I did that as it's made me rethink stuff somewhat - but more recently I've got to thinking that I maybe just need some interaction now and then. Last night me and my bro went to a small house party with some friends and after that I feel content, nothing went on there, just a load of people enjoying each others company, but I think it was what I needed and has done me some good.

Happy Birthday gaggle64! ^^

This guy is having a nice Gurn.

Oh I see... *breathes sigh of relief* for some reason I thought he had maybe added vocals to a Metroid track, which would be a damned tragedy Imo. I will check out those other Metal covers as the music used in Metroid games is some of the best.

It's £29.99 on Play.com too, I bet though that both sites will created a seperate listing... one for with Wii motion plus and one for without.

I enjoyed it, I've always loved that piece of music, it was one of my favourite parts of the game too, I still get shivers down my spine when hearing that track as it's just so damned good. : peace: I don't think I've heard the other adaptations so I can't comment on how this one fares in comparision but yeah the guy is obviously talented, whats that about non-instrumental bits though Oxigen? Don't tell me he sang over the top of a Metroid track?

Personally I think it's overrated and underused but that's just me now I know that there are decent titles on it but in comparison to the wealth of rubbish PS2 ports, the good stuff is few and far between... It basically has good games for a few select audiences with the main categories being RPG's, Rythym-Action and Alternative due to games like Patapon and Loco-Roco. So for some it may be the 'perfect' portable machine but for others there just isn't enough long-term appeal.

Correct Bluey! ^^ your turn. Well at least it's popped up once now. : peace: Translation of the question: The fifteenth member on your friends list is Haden who used to be Headless Haden... so he was missing as part of himself, ok the clue was maybe a bit cryptic but I thought it worked...
-
Ack! sorry to keep everyone waiting glad we are back on track though : peace: ok! 'Which member has a guy who used to be famous for missing a vital part of their being as the fifteenth friend on their list?'

Yes please though I still need to check that I can get the Saturday off work, gonna shift my holiday around somehow I hope, I'm back to work on Monday so I shall check the calender that's hanging up in the kitchen then - it's got everyone in the dept's holiday dates on - but I'm not gonna get my hopes up too much because the more I think about it... the more I'd really like to go to this meet so if I then find out I can't go I'll be pretty sad tbh. Another Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay for Jamba! : peace:

Don't ever change. A Mars bar for Bluey in recognition of her excellent thread policing. : peace:

Often the best way Imo, : peace: I think it should all be simpler and in reality it is, it's just overcomplicated by a 'general concensus of opinion' or several of them, so a guy could chat to a girl and she may well 'know' that she likes him but is turned down when he asks because she's following a set of rules laid out by the aforementioned 'GCOO' whereas really she should have just said 'yes I liek you', guy knows where he stands, they get it together, happy ending or w/e. But everyone is different, some girls like to keep stuff a secret, some guys don't like to ask stuff, the world is complicated and invariably shit does or even doesn't happen... *sigh* and so we are back to square one and learning how to create a fake persona to cater for generalisations once again... So in that respect I again agree with where TD is coming from but I don't like the fakeness of it all lol. Ideally all anyone wants is to be loved for who they are and love the other person in the same way surely? It's just a shame that it doesn't seem to be as simple as that in reality.

So basically, you are pandering to their every whim? I'm not trying to say that every girl is 'needy' btw, just saying that you're acting like they expect you to, 'doing as you're told' so to speak only your spinning it in a more positive light with all the 'aplha male' stuff. I'm not saying that you're wrong, far from it, there does seem to be a good deal of truth behind what you're saying, especially as you've researched it, put it into practice and had some success. : peace: It won't work in every situation though and I'm not convinced that it's for everyone, indeed as you say, you were once the opposite of what you are now 'teaching' and that would suggest that it's for everyone but I'm still not convinced, maybe I will try it once, just to see, seeing as I have nothing to lose, except my self respect... though I guess you could look at it as if I don't try it then that's disrespecting myself as well... anyway, w/e I often do this... overthink stuff so I'll stop there and just leave it at I may give it a try but I would still much rather be myself rather than a persona... >> Btw I'm not having a go at you TD, I appreciate that you're trying to help people out with advice just like you helped yourself by learning all this, I'm just trying to 'understand' it is all.

I ATE THEM! that's right I just couldn't help myself so I peppered 'em up and *Om nom nom nom nom* sorry. In all seriousness though, we are trying to get to the bottom of it, but the upshot is that they dissapeared around the same time as the servers went down or shortly after.

MBAM! asked the question... 'which member could give David Dickinson or Tim Wonnacott a run for their money?' and my answer was Locky here is a link to his profile... http://www.n-europe.com/forum/member.php?u=194 Under his name it says 'Bargain Hunter' hence my educated guess.
-
Locky? he was a self-confessed 'bargain hunter' if I recall correctly.

I want this game too, not so long now though, I reckon the extra content will be made available to the 360 version as well though, I mean neither version of it is out in the UK yet so there isn't really any need to 'compensate' the PS3 version with exclusive content, well I guess maybe initially to boost sales *rolls eyes* but I reckon a few months after the dlc will be out for both versions. Either way, it looks like a potentially decent Tales title.

Congrats Ine! It must feel awesome to have T-Shirts with your very own designs on actually appearing in a shop for people to buy and appreciate I'm happy for you.

I am very tempted indeed will need to look at prices of train tickets first etc though, also accomodation... Bluey, is that offer of staying at yours still open? I seem to remember you saying that you could accomodate two or three people at your place who you *promised* you would not axe-murder, which sounds like a good deal to me if there is still space. Hmm I'm about 5ft 8' or 5ft 9'...

I feel like this quite regularly, no idea why it happens either, often I could have 8 hours or 2 hours sleep and it doesn't make any difference as I still feel the same when I wake up :/ awake but not, feeling fine but not great, the day usually gets marginally better as it goes along though. As for food, there must be 'something' to eat? got bread? - have toast - no bread? then cereal... no cereal? well... fruit I guess. Regarding the dreams, I've been here too, you have this really awesome dream where everything is just 'perfect' and then you wake up to what is often a harsher reality... >< yes it sucks but we've just got to at least try make the best of each day.

I'm actually seriously contemplating coming to this meet-up... no definite plans as of yet but it would be pretty awesome to get to meet a load of you who are going. I can't make any promises but I'm definitely gonna think some more about it and maybe change some of my allready booked time-off from work so I can go.

Yep ^^ I don't claim to watch every video that's posted in this thread but every now and then I will watch something that I maybe would not consider normally. I agree with Goaferboy regarding the repetitive rhythm of it but I appreciate the intense amount of effort and emotion that was put into the performance.
