One of the many advantages to owning a USA PS3, I bought the MGS collection pack when it came out, all three MGS games for £17.99 was well worth it however I really don't want them to needlessly port them to Wii just for the sake of 'waggle' and making a quick buck, if people who haven't played them are desperate enough then they will buy a cheap PS2 or w/e or just buy the PS2 games and play them on the PS3... MGS games at least are backwards compatible right on PAL PS3's? *strokes NTSC PS3*

Seriously... it really does not matter, I put my hotmail address on my CV when I last applied for job, got asked to attend an interview a week later and I've been there for about five years now... If it really mattered as much as people are saying it did then my application would have been binned instantly, I really think this stupid 'rule' about professional e-mail addresses really only applies if your applying for a really well-paid job.

Dance Hall I loved, wasn't sure about it before listening because it's a collab album but they work fantastically well together... Is This Desire? resevered yes but still excellent; I didn't get the demo's but I may soon. Muse... neither boring nor brilliant for me, some of what's in there I like but judging from the clips most of the lyrics are so uninspired when you compare them to their earlier songs :/ I refuse to completely condemn an album just from hearing clips though, I will buy it and I'm sure there will be decent tracks on it but I don't doubt that after listening I'll be longing for them to just go back to the drawing board and create Origin of Symmetry 1.5... Guild Cast... not listened to, might give it a whirl in a minute.

I've gotta start putting more effort into putting on some weight again, I haven't exactly 'stopped' or 'given up' but I'm just not that motivated anymore when I damn well should be I'm underweight... and if I was to become seriously ill in this state I don't think I'd rate my chances very well tbh, so I've got to do something about it and I have been but it's not enough. I'm eating more which is helping but I need to put on muscle mass which is the problem but I'm still gonna give it a go, I need to... I can't afford to just give up, not that I was ever going to but yeah just a little disheartened atm is all but it's my own fault, must... try... harder!

I remember earlier today, I was listening to Dance Hall at Louse Point, and I'll never forget some of the tracks that I heard, but then suddenly it ended, I was left with nothing but silence and so I said to myself... 'Is that all there is to an album? Is that all there is? Thankfully that isn't all there is as I still have a good few CD's by Peej to get through but again I was surprised by the quality of what I heard today and can't wait to continue listening, next up - Is This Desire?

Actually all this talk of change and whatnot reminds me of the time that I'd somehow managed to end up with not even the £5 I needed to catch the bus into work early next morning, then I suddently remembered, I hava a box of 1p and 2p pieces that I'd kinda just saved for lolz over the past decade thinking well, it might come in useful one day and what do you know? it did... I counted out exactly £5 in 'two pence pieces' at around 1am :/ and then bagged it all up when I was done, and because I knew that no-one would believe me if I were to ever tell the tale, I took pics, so if you've ever wanted to know what £5 in 2p pieces looks like when stacked then wonder no longer... XD I handed it to the bus driver the following morning, slammed it down on the till and said in a calm manner... Me: 'there is exactly five pounds there in two pence pieces. Bus: 'You're 'avin a larf 'aintcha?' Me: 'No, it's legal currency so you can accept it right?' Bus: 'Well yeah... you're sure there's exactly five pounds there?' Me: '... Positive!' And then I collected my ticket and sat down feeling kinda pleased with myself tbf... but I'm sure as hell not gonna let myself get into such a situation as that ever again I always make sure I have enough notes now and yes I still put those 1 and 2 pence pieces away... you know... just in case.

Hmm but why was he carrying a £50 note in the first place? they are so unecessary... and afaik cash machines don't dispense them so he would have had to go into the bank to specify that he wanted his cash in £50 notes, it's just baffling. I mean you know that if you're gonna buy something with a £50 note anywhere that it's never gonna be a hassle-free transaction so why he didn't save himself the trouble and withdraw cash in the form of twenties and tens is beyond me, or... just pay by card... Honestly, life's too fucking short. :p

As if M$ need the money... they're raking it in on software sales despite losing out for each Xbox sold - probably - anyway, one new Xbox in someones home is another added to the allready huge installed userbase = money made back on software... Seriously bad move from M$... also they can't really call it an 'Arcade' bundle anymore surely being that it comes with no arcade games now.

Mmm, this... happens a lot to me at work, very rarely though the conversation can be interesting but mostly yeah small-talk, it can help to make the time pass a bit faster but more often than not when it's the same stuff repeated - I even find myself repeating stuff annoyingly because people either forget or keep asking the damn same questions because they can't think of anything else to say that's of any interest... argh! - *breathes deeply* but it's to be expected, I go there to work, not for the 'sparkling intelect' or 'topical debate' with that said, their are the odd moments where brilliant comments are uttered by others or myself but yeah... rarely does the oppourtunity come about.

'This is a gift, it comes with a price Who is the lamb and who is the knife? Midas is king and he holds me so tight And turns me to gold in the sunlight' Listening to Lungs by Florence + the Machine for only the second time and I'm already loving it significantly more than the first listen which was enjoyable in itself.

See now I don't think that's true... because imagine if you started to go out with someone you had absolutely nothing in common with, the relationship would die pretty quickly I would imagine; surely having at least some things in common but still having a good few of your 'own' interests is the way to go? Because that way you both have things in common you can talk about and then hopefully you get to share in each others 'seperate' interests to a degree which keeps things interesting... that's the way I look at it anyway.

Fair enough, also... damn / thank you! I listened to Forever More and then wanted it... that doesn't happen often with artists that I'm unfamiliar with, anyway I've just ordered Statues from Play via PlayTrade for £4.17 sure it'll take a few days but I've got plenty to listen to as it is atm what with Peej + Florence on the go plus SMD on the way.

Get it from play Paj, it won't take 2 weeks, more like 3 - 5 days, if you order it tonight it'll - probably - ship tomorrow and you could have it as early as Wednesday plus for a good price I'm guessing? but digitally, sure you get it instantly but you'll pay slightly more for the 'privilege' :/ so it's a trade-off.

lol awesome, also reminds me of another annoying thing, when people ask if then can borrow a single use item i.e 'can I borrow a piece of kitchen roll / tissue' as if I'd want it back after its been used lol I know what they mean but still, can be annoying.

Hmm as nice as some bought milkshakes can potentially be - when they use proper ingreidents anyway and none of that powdered rubbish - have you ever tried making your own? Banana milkshake is really easy to make and it tastes awesome just need to mash up a banana really well in a cup so that it's mostly liquid with a few small bits, add either some ice cream or cream - I recommend ice-cream because it's win - mix that in well, then fill the rest of the cup up with milk, stir a few more times, stick a straw in it and enjoy.

My main peeve is a bit of an Oxymoron but... I can't tolerate intolerance... you know, when people who you've never met just don't like you from the word go without even knowing a thing about you, just really pisses me off somewhat.

Not all women are like that though... Arguements, now those would likely occour in any relationship at some point; Money, well... it is only cash when it comes down to it and of course if you're in a relationship then you'd want to spend money on the one you love but a relationship shouldn't revolve around how much money one or the other has, afterall you can't buy someone's affection, that needs to come naturally because it's part of the basis for a relationship. Also if you love someone then of course you'd drop everything to help them out if they need you and as for the clothes shopping, while it may be true that a lot of girls do like to shop, some detest it and would rather do most of it online where possible so it's not a universal truth. Of course when single you don't need to do any of these things but then it's not as if it would be a worry or concern either but when you're in a relationship you'd do these things through love for the other person not through obligation... if you feel obligated constantly while in a relationship then you've got to ask yourself if you're really in one at all. By all means people should enjoy being single while they are but when in a relationship there's no point in looking at change as a negative as it's all part and parcel of it, letting another person into you life and becoming part of theirs is a big thing and not something to be taken lightly but if you truly love the person who you're with and are loved in return then then it's completely worth it.

My favourite quote... pure irony summed up in a single sentence. [/bB Bashing] But seriously, this guy does sound like just a little bit of an oddball to say the least... Also... This, except worryingly from how you'd described him he would probably actively encourage you to post pics of his member on the internet / around college...

Damn, after reading this thread I feel like having a cappuccino... not that it's a bad thing of course, just don't drink them that often.

That was pretty awesome, I'll check it out properly when the CD arrives - yes I ordered eet - I have a weakness for anything that has decent Electronica in it and after listening to a few tracks by them, they definitely seem to tick that box.
