  1. I'd agree with all of that. When I have played this game, I've played until the end of one level, and then stopped to do something else. Most of the time because of my lifestyle, but in a way that has helped it becoming toooo repetitive for me. The save function before a battle would be a great little touch. Also, maybe a save feature before the midlevel Deathwatch challenges which the Baron demonstrates? So, you could save before this challenge, before the boss fight, and then after the boss fight? That's three saves compared to just the one which you get after the boss fight. Much, much better imo.
  2. I kinda know how you suckers feel. The last few days I've been feeling quite down. I'm really, really missing Brighton and the people there. I went to bed last night and didn't sleep for hours, cos I just kept thinking about all the cool stuff there and the memories. I guess I just feel a little lonely at the moment. But then, today is my day off, so maybe if I had been working or something I would be feeling less sad.
  3. MegaBump! Bump! wooo. So, I felt in the mood tonight to play one of three games: Madworld, de Blooob or Brawwwl. In the end, I felt Madworld deserved some love, so I gave that another little go. I really enjoy this game. I started playing then, then stopped as I had a ton of Uni work to do, then continued to stop as I moved home and started working. So, I had a bit of free time tonight and felt I should play this. I got up to the Frank level, and really enjoyed it. The Baron makes me chuckle, and now that I'm playing the game with the volume at a good level (without fear of disturbing housemates) I can fully appreciate the ace commentary. Got past the the Elise level too. The way the commentators keep mentioning her rack had me chuckling. It funny. This seems to be a bit of a love/hate game, but I'm definitely residing with the loooove eet population. I don't know if a sequel is on the way, but I think that one thing that needs to be worked on are, like others have said, the ability to perform more special and finishing moves. Some of the ways to kill are ingenius, though. That dude who runs around with the giant scissors/shears in the Frank level: Nicking them off him and then cutting him up, haha. It's sadistic but it had me in stitches. Another thing is if you get to a Boss Battle and die, you should be able to continue from the start of the Boss Battle. I think having to go through the whole level again can make the game more repetitive than it needs to be. This doesn't just apply to Madworld, but all games that do this. Aside from that, I'm very happy that I initially spent money on this and I can't wait to play some more.
  4. Muse do have some great stuff, but I went through a rollercoaster of liking them and then not liking them. Didn't get into them with Showbiz (although did hear Sunburn and loved that). Then, when New Born came around, loved that and Bliss (which is one of my "getting ready to go out songs" haha). Theeeen, fell out of love with them when Absolution came around. It just didn't grab me. However, shortly after the hype and stuff had died down, I went back and listened to it, and loved eet a lot more than I did before. With Black Holes, I was a fan of half the album, and didn't think much of the other half. City of Delusion and Knights of Cydonia are great choooons. I haven't listened to the new one yet, but I will do eventually. Overall, they're a great band, but I think that they sometimes can over-do it a little, maybe. There's just something that they did with Bliss and New Born that I don't think that they've quite done since, where the music has a lot happening within it, but it's not too busy or over-produced, so still contains that raw-ness.
  5. This was made by the wonderful Ine/Eenoooo. Thank you, my dear.
  6. God... Portslade...Horsham... Tears. I miss Brightonia.
  7. Cheer up, Paj. It could be worse. You could be a chocolate tea pot. She'll have school around that time. Although, the plan was to meet up a week later, or around there. It's a bit funny because we don't have our breaks (except Christmas I think) at the same time. Ine, making a birthday cake and eating it by yourself...that's hot. I wantttt.
  8. Hahahaha, that is pretty bad. But then, Jimbob made teh list, so I de-assume responsibilty. Wohoo. 5 people in our country, and not one of them is a female. Wales is doomed to failure.
  9. Haha, I remember your grumblings about this in the Retro board, with Darksnowman trying to convince you that eeet ees good. There's a fair few games being mentioned, and I'm sure there are more out there if we keep looking. I didn't know Geommetry Wars was a multiplayer game. What's it like with more than one person? I haven't played it before, so only know basic stuff about it.
  10. Well, we could just...ask Coolness. If he says yes, then its 5. If no, then...eeet eees four. And the prophecy is fulfilled.
  11. It's more like 3.5 or 4.5, since the Coolness has I think or maybe attached to him. That's totally flirting with the number four, there. Either way, but not quite touching. What a cock tease.
  12. Haha, that's so random that you managed to spot a boat like that. I can just imagine you rummaging through your bag and writing your name on your finger. Also, that robot is really awesome. I am impressed.
  13. That's actually a very good shout. I was looking at this and the original a while back. Grand Slam Tennis is also one I desperately want. And Punchout. For both of these, multiplayer isn't a factor, but I don't strictly want these for the multiplayer. Hmm, the downside is that I'm not allowed to buy stuff before Christmas...in case I get given one of these as presents.
  14. Yeah, I'd agree with that. Starting a certain percentage of games is really different to holding down a regular place and taking charge. I think that's what has allowed Darren Fletcher to become more involved at United. Also, on the flip side, Nani has had a chance to hold down a regular place but hasn't done that. So, I think moments like these can be huge points in a player's career. If he can start the majority of games with Van Persie out and back it up with some good or great performances, it'll do him (any player for that matter) a world of good.
  15. It's quite funny. Twenty-twoooo inches is the size of the waist of a size zero person. You've had a thin person's waist inside you. Hahahaha.
  16. It wasn't me! Although, the mystery of Jayseven's limp has now been solved, I feel. Molly: The way you used capitals for the word POWWWWEEEEEER makes me feel less safe. Put some nice colours to eet, and I feel safe now, k!
  17. If it's any consolation Razziatorminator, I thought the comments of hotness were genuine. Bluddy bastards! I thought you had pulled the Mollymon and would start the next Chapter of inter-forum romancing the stone. For some reason, you look like you should be modelling for scarves. You a scarf model, kid!
  18. Good luck with your...thing that you're doing, Mollymon. Gotta Catch 'Em All. Ashley, that was an amusing and arousing coincidence. Funny story, when I was younger, I was much much skinnier because I hadn't quite discovered food then. My Mum used to call me Skeletor. Nowadays, I am eating better. But, my brothers ate better than me, so I am still the skinniest. I do not like the cone of shame. Hmm, I do not know whether or not I would trust Molly. She's nice, but how would she handle power? Maybe we should make her moderator and find out. Nay: ADMIN. Right into the deep end.
  19. Shiiiiiit. Jesus Christ. Quickly, hide the Weight Loss thread from these people! I'mma start a Weight Gain thread for these Skeletorsssss. 22 inches is nothing. In fact, that doesn't even count as a waist! Molly, I fear for your brother's female.
  20. ...But the photo you just posted has you staring directly into the camera, through my soul.
  21. According to Sky Sports News this morning, he was something like 7/2 to take on the job. I did raise my eyebrows at that, and I don't neccessarily think it would be the right choice. But then again, who else would they want to bring in? And, I guess he does have experience, which may be what they need. Maybe. Just nicked this off some lad's post on the 606 forums: Heres the odds according to Willy Hill, for next manager. Craig Levein 4/1 Walter Smith 5/1 Jim Jeffries 5/1 Gary McAllister 6/1 Graeme Souness 7/1 Owen Coyle 7/1 Billy Davies 8/1 Joe Jordan 10/1 Darren Ferguson 10/1 Mark McGhee 12/1 Kenny Dalglish 12/1 Ally McCoist 14/1 Gordon Strachan 14/1 John Collins 14/1 Gerard Houllier 14/1 Jimmy Calderwood 16/1 Dan Petrescu 16/1 David Moyes 20/1 Alan Irvine 20/1 Csaba Laszlo 20/1 Bora Milutinovic 20/1 Leo Beenhakker 20/1 Philippe Troussier 20/1 Slaven Bilic 20/1 Steve Clarke 20/1 Alex McLeish 25/1 George Graham 25/1 John Hughes 25/1 Alan Curbishley 25/1 Frank de Boer 25/1 Roy Hodgson 25/1 Colin Calderwood 33/1 Dick Advocaat 33/1 Derek McInnes 33/1 Bruce Rioch 33/1 Lawrie Sanchez 33/1 Roger Lemerre 33/1 Steve Nicol 33/1 Alex Ferguson 50/1 So, he was 7/2 this morning (second favourite I think) to take on the post. So, he's still second/joint second. Hmm.
  22. I'm not Scottish, and I don't know the ins and outs of the Saga behind this, but the general reactions after the Wales game (with fans who rang into to Sky Sports, interviews and message boards) were that the fans just were not happy with the style of football being played. Isn't Walter Smith being tipped as the guy to replace him?
  23. I think I'm somewhere in the middle, haha. It's nice to have a good mixture of both. So, having some pictures which are taken where you smile and look at the camera. "This is us infront of the Eiffel Tower" for example. But then, having random photos taken where people are in mid-conversation and stuff...those photos are equally as nice.
  24. The Van Persie news is a big blow. Although, I think it is important for the National teams to get that playing time together. What would be better I think is if there was a designated time where the team could work together without disrupting the league. Although, the implication of this is that if you do this at the end of the season, players will have played a full season of football and will likely be shattered by that. If you do it before the season, then...team's don't get a pre-season together, which means that they're not as fresh or as gelled as they could be. So, the answer is...things will probably stay the same as they are now. It is annoying though when players pick up injuries after International Break, but it must be equally annoying for the National team managers and coaches when players pick up injuries for their clubs and then can't make it for International Duty. It works both ways I think.
  25. With Sports Resort, we'd have to buy an additional Motion Plus, right? How much are they seperately? Can you even buy them seperately at the moment?
