  1. Absolutely, dude. Its brilliant. I'm addicted already. I've been playing it for about an hour or so this morning. I thought I'd never own this, so I'm chuffed to have it now.
  2. I've been playing New Super Mario Bros Wii for the past hour. Haven't touched it since finisihing it almost a year ago. I really had cravings to play it today, so I did. Enjoying it. I needed a 2D Mario fix.
  3. My best thing is discovering Electroplankton on the DS. Ine got me this for Christmas. I squealed like a little sissy girl. Loving it so far. I hope there's some kind of Wii or 3DS sequel in the works. The world needs more Electroplankton!
  4. I love the story. Its very entertaining and I just find myself completely captured in the moment. This is such a sexy game. Plus, I loooove collecting the blades/swords. Its really addictive. Probably up there in my top 5 Wii games. Love it.
  5. Haha, small world, indeed. Maybe you've met Cerys and not known it!

  6. Number 6 is Blinx on the xbox. Blinx The Time Sweeper.
  7. I spotted number 8 very easily. One of my most played games as a kid. Alien 3. The megadrive version! I owned both. So apologies if I have it mistaken with the wrong one, which I'm sure I haven't. Edit: By other version, I mean the SNES version.
  8. Yes. Deku Sticks. Although he wouldn't know what they were, as he never played Ocarina.
  9. The word "might" in the title makes me laugh. "Yeah, we might make a woolly mammoth. But then again, we might not. Who knows really, eh?"
  10. Fucks sake, ReZ. Edit: ReZ, did you have a 64?
  11. ... You've played that, right?
  12. I fucking love chips! Or crisps, or whatever the sheet you non-europeans call them. Crisps, chips, I love both. Wotsits and greeeeasy chippies. I'm a huge fan of potato wedges. Mmm. Also, French Fries as in the thin chips are total suck. There's not enough chip there for my liking. My chips have to be fat. Anddd, Chip Butties and Crisp sandwiches are a guilty pleasure of mine. When I was Little_LiNk, I used to get 3 slices of bread and make double decker chip butties. Covered that stuff in tomato sauce. Mmmmmm. I want one now.
  13. That Darren Bent transfer is shocking. Aston Villa are a good club and I respect them very much. But, how can anybody justify moving away from a team that is flying high this season like Sunderland, to a team that has under-performed and had its fair share of managerial/backroom drama since the start of the season like Villa. If Darren was a bench warmer, then I'd have respect for him because he'd be moving away to secure more football. But, he's a focal point in the team. I just can't understand why he'd move. I know there's more money in it for him, but from a footballing point of view, I just don't get it.
  14. Fucking hell, I need to sit down.
  15. With the Wii, you had one title which instantly showed off what the system could do with the controls: WiiSports. I think Nintendo are trying to go for the same thing with Nintendogs, as that fared reeeeally well last time around. However, I don't thing there is that absolute must own. There's some great games in there, but there's nothing that is an absolute guarantee that you must play it. There's no WiiSports, or Twilight Princess, or Mario 64. People will probably buy the system. But, more people are probably on the fence with this (me included) whereas if they had gotten one or two things nailed on, these people would be definite customers.
  16. Hold the fuck up. You mean you have literally collected every single DS game out there, including all those sissy girl games. Yet, you've never played this? Whats the matter with you?! You can't even use the excuse that you didn't have a 64, because Nintendo have whored this out on 3 different consoles. You had the 64 original, the Master Quest/Original version you got with Wind Waker, the Zelda Collector's Edition one, the one on the Virtual Console.
  17. The PSP has been very hot and cold, though. Its fine one minute, down the next, then back up again. Its not threatening the DS's marketshare as the damage has been done. It was done a loooong time, ago. (I'm not saying that the PSP is a flop, but just pointing out how much of a behemoth the DS has been...it's been unstoppable for most of its lifespan. 60 million units for the PSP is great, though.) Sure, they'd want to get the PSP2 out as soon as possible, but the hype for the 3DS has been going for quite a while, and (correct me if I'm wrong) but have we seen the PSP2 yet? As powerful as the PSP2 will be, it hasn't got the same kind of wow factor that Nintendo have managed to obtain with the 3D sans glasses. So, I think they can afford to hold off for slightly longer. Especially to get things right. Seems very rushed, atm. I know they have to strike whilst the iron is hot. But, you can only launch a console or handheld once, so you may as well make the most of it. In my opinion, the release date is simply too soon and the price is too high. Like you, I'd fancy a September-ish date, maybe a bit sooner. Take 50 quid off that price and I'd love to own the system. That is a lot of money.
  18. This is a shit idea. As others have said, just make another buddy cop film and call it something else. There's no need to tarnish the Lethal Weapon name. I'm going to get Danny Glover on this!
  19. Haha, my friend Cerys is from Erith. So, that neck of the woods.

  20. Haven't posted in here for a while, so here's my thoughts on Sunday. Considering that there were a few derby games playing on the same day, I don't think any of them lived up to expectations. But then again, do they ever? The Spurs/United game wasn't as great as I had anticipated. From my point of view, Darren Fletcher hasn't looked that threatening this season. There were far too many passengers in that team on Sunday. Carrick didn't look up for it, although he did well in the second half. Fletcher didn't look great. Nani wasn't at the races. Our best player was probably Rafael who has been immense this season. Sending off was harsh, but these decisions happen in football. I thought the team defended really well when they went down to 10 men. Can't believe Tottenham didn't punish us, though. Modric was probably the most dangerous player on the field. Bale and Rafael had some brilliant duels on that side of the field. Overall though, not a classic. A point away from home is good, however. Tonight, I didn't mind who won between Arsenal and Leeds. If it were possible, I'd love it if both of them managed to lose. Somehow. Yeah, that isn't possible.
  21. Screw you! Batman and notably Batman Returns are awesome films. Paj knows what Iiiiii'm talking about!
  22. I'm very much on the fence with the 3DS anyway. Purely because I'm not an avid handheld gamer. Home console is where my heart is. I did own a Gameboy Advance, but ended up playing fuck all on it as there were only a handful of games I truely loved on it. The DS on the other hand was given to me as a gift and I loved it. However, when the Wii came to, I ended up spending much, much more time with that than this. I'm not going to pay over 200 quid for this, despite being quite interested in it. It's going to be a luxury and not an absolute gaming essential for me. However, I am pleased to hear that there is only one universal friendcode, which surely bodes well for the next home console? If I'm honest, I think the 3DS is releasing too soon. It seems like the whole thing is being rushed out...when it could easily just be delayed by a half year or so. Why the rush? Nintendo are dominating with the DS/DSi. That's another thing, Nintendo have a habit these days of releasing multiple versions of their handhelds. Will it be long before a 3DSi appears on the market? Or a revised design, possibly to address the battery issue? Thats one other reason why I prefer the home console: Just one version of it per generation.
  23. Hey, dude! Which friends are these? The new facebook layout is sheeeeet and I can't fucking find anything. I've just checked and seen that you have Louise as a mutual friend, but I don't know if she'll remember me. My friend Cerys who I lived with at Uni is a friend of hers. They were friends from back at Cerys' home, and I met her at a house party in Brighton.

    Who else?

  24. I've played this for a bit more tonight. Reeeeally enjoying it. I've been forging swords and am up to something like 22, which is decent so far. Some of the ones I've got are brilliant, quite strong. Has to be one of my favourite Wii games so far.
  25. What the fuck? So, do you walk by just using the balance board? How does that work? It looks like you just use the Wiimote, so how do you change direction? Also, the girl crying? Uhh. I was interested in this before anyway, but damn this video.
